Dissapointing experience

Dissapointing experience Our 2nd very expensive Azora shower has just packed up after 4 years of fairly light use - 2 showers per day Emailed customer service to complain ask about life expectancy of showers but got very dismissive uninterested response Time to go for another brand I think

Nice product not that durable and indifferent after sales support

Electronic controller suffered water ingress after 5 years Very difficult to find information about a replacement online but I got a response and part number from a helpful Mira person Akshay Prepared to bit the bullet on an expensive 177 part but the only way to buy is by ringing a number which keeps you on hold for 5 minutes then hangs up

Mira Sport with Air Boost

I recently purchased a Mira Sport with Air Boost function which replaced a 8y o 50 Triton unit Unfortunately the new shower pressure was pathetic even with air boost on After some trials I proved it was not a mains issue and in fact was due to the shower head Once changed to a standard head the pressure improved The unit has also started to fluctuate temperature on its own Not what you d expect for a 220 product disappointing

Poor hold experience

Long hold times with the same shrill message about answering your call as soon as possible every 20 seconds Edit I don t mind so much being on hold what I mind is being forced to listen to the same inane message 24 times in 8 minutes

Great shower shame about the poor quality components and poor customer service

I purchased a Mira Excel EV thermostatic shower and whilst the shower unit has been fantastic with our low water pressure we ve had to replace the shower head clamp 4 times and the shower hose twice Such a shame that they have poor quality components which really let the brand down I would also add that the responsiveness of customer services is atrocious On average a response time of three days This is not acceptable

Gravity Fed ATLP Advance Shower

Have purchased the Gravity Fed ATLP Advance Shower - it is a well made unit but at this time there is an suspected issue with the flow valve - shower is running on after power off The support team at Mira are helping but no resolution yet - so two stars at the moment Will respond with more stars when problem is fixed

Unable to use it as i require a shorter

Unable to use it as i require a shorter erd fitting and it seems new models have different fittings Nothing on mira website for thus just the earlier one which i had purchased and found it din not fit Awaiting the correct one from a specialist company Hence the 2 stars Cmon Mira get yor act together

Lasts 6 months

Our 2nd mira sport shower in 12 months has just stopped working First replaced under warranty from bathroom sales room after it went live and tried to electrocute my daughter due to faulty valve at 6 months old The replacement has stopped working pouring water through the base It had been making a screeching noise for the last week It had been working normally 20 minutes previous Can t get any answer from customer support This is a terrible poorly constructed unit with no customer support

Mira Sprint 8 5kw as a replacement for

Mira Sprint 8 5kw as a replacement for a Triton shower of the same output The flow rate is much reduced in comparison and I am using the old Triton shower head as it is much better than the Mira one supplied It slightly improves the flow rate and has more flow type adjustments i bought this based on previous reviews of it being powerful for its output but have not found this to be the case

Mixer unit leaked when assembled

Mixer unit leaked when assembled 150mm spacing and 25mm projection of 15mm copper pipe was accurate but when mixer attached it leaked The so called filter seal was also in place The unit appeared to have been opened by a previous customer the boxes and bags were damaged and celotaped together shoddily I m guessing that the correct seal was missing Woeful quality control
