Mira sport max airboost

After speaking to customer service concerning a fault with the mira sport max airboost 9kw i was offered foc parts for the shower I would have offered 5 stars for customer service but only one for the shower this is why I am SO ANGRY I have had 3 mira showers in the last 12 years the last 2 always broke down shortly after the warranty ran out leaving me with a large bill to pay It looks like reliability is no longer worth it from mira they would rather you buy other shower instead Get your act together instead of myself having to get a plumber out to fix the problem

Mira Platinum shower

Quality of the unit is good-as was the installation Unfortunately after several weeks an error message began to appear on the controller unit The Re setting the valve prompt proved ineffective and we are currently awaiting a visit from the installation plumber to investigate Therefore we are dissatisfied with the shower after such a short period of use Thank you

New model to old comparison 10 11 2024

I would say that this new model is not as good as the old one that I had previously the hose to the riser rail is far to stiff where as the old one was flexible Also when changing the temperature down the water initially goes cold and then come back to the temperature you set

NOT as good as the previous model

I really like the Mira digital shower which is why when we moved we had another installed HOWEVER the newest model I find less user friendly The display is not so easy to see and the push button controls not so easy to operate Otherwise though just as good as before and something I would recommend to others

I dislike the heavy shower head and the

I dislike the heavy shower head and the thickness of the handle and the plastic cover on hose but as these were not chosen by me I can t complain - will have to change them at some future date

Electric shower

Heater unit ok but the riser rail head holder cheap nasty plastic I purchased another rail it lasted 3weeks plastic shower head holder broke again when you consider the price of these things I will not buy mira again

Disappointed with water temperature

There seems to be a problem with the water temperature as although the settings are the same as the previous shower the water temperature is not high enough

No soap dish with Mira Sport

Disappointed that Mira Sport shower no longer comes with a soap dish I have to order one separately hope it fits

Slow response to email but phone calls

Slow response to email but phone calls were handled better Have reached decision after conversation with my own plumber

Noisy Shower

Whilst the staff were helpful they should have advised me that the product itself was inferior to the product it was replacing The new product is exceptionally loud in comparison and was to replace a 12 year old Mira for my autistic son This was over the Christmas period so our hands were tied This will be replaced as soon as funds allow PRODUCT NO 1 1759 003
