I had to buy a replacement shower

I had to buy a replacement shower and our old unit was a Mira shower The change over was very easy with a little adjustment to the water inlet Otherwise it was an easy change over The unit is working wonderfully

Excellent customer service

From the moment I called until the engineer left the service was excellent Everything was explained to me over the phone when the engineer had spare time I received a call asking if he could attend that day 3 days earlier than planned The engineer Darren was polite and professional and explained what the issue was

What service

I got straight through to a delightful guy called Cameron No waiting in a queue He was super helpful diagnosed my issue and sent me a spare part as a good will gesture because my shower was just a few weeks out of warranty He followed it up with an email along with the installation and user guide The whole call was over in 8 minutes I don t care how long the shower lasts now I ll be having another Mira due solely to this experience

Excellent Service

Mira engineer Michael had visited once but there was still a problem Revisited and found that the unit had been fitted wrongly not by Mira Sorted the problem and left working Excellent service Will happily use again

Remember good old fashioned service

Remember good old fashioned service you make a call talk to a person get an appointment the engineer turns up at the appointed time fixes the problem and everyone is happy Simple to say not so simple to do Well Mira has done it Well done

Reliable digital shower with good customer service

I ve had my Mira Digital Shower since Jan 2020 It has been a great shower for 4 years so far Today I had an engineer out to troubleshoot and fix an issue with it He was polite and fixed the issue in an hour The problem was repeated power failures in our area damaged the PCB Since I was under warranty they replaced it Mira showers are expensive very expensive if you buy directly from them but their customer service and the product itself is of a high standard

Couldn t have had a better experience

Couldn t have had a better experience Peter was my engineer today and was professional knowledgeable and super fast We had a few difficulties with it being an older house which could have stopped the job for someone else but he solved them Highly highly rate

Great company excellent staff and service

I had an issue with my new shower running boiling hot Phil was the engineer that came out Thoroughly nice chap really knowledgeable friendly and professional An asset to the companyThe lady who booked the appointment was exceptional good and again very friendly and helpful I didn t catch her name

Brilliant service from Mira service Dept

Had Mira shower fitted over 6 years ago Due to worsening arthritis am having difficulty turning shower on and off Phoned Mira who when appraised of the problem told me they produce an assist handle for our shower model and then sent it to me Free of charge Absolutely brilliant service far beyond what I would have expected

Our pleasant experience with three separate Mira showers

We have three separate Mira showers in our home All new when we purchased the home some 20 years ago Family of five so heavy use throughout All performed admirably Naturally after time things begin to wear Two replaced with upgraded Mira s perfect Today Mira engineer attended to fix the third old and worn valve unit From first enquiry with service dept to arrival of engineer Mira staff s guidance help and quality of work was exemplary We couldn t have got a better product and service Have nothing but praise for their diligence and open manner Thank you to every member of Mira staff we spoke with you are each a credit to Mira
