Poor customer service but eventually resolved
Ordered a bluetooth headset and it was shipped within 24 hours According to tracking the parcel has been stuck in Italian customs for a week I have emailed customer service and notified them through their own Verified Reviews plugin that I have not received the package It is now almost a week after the initial expected delivery date No word from customer service and I m stuck wondering what I am supposed to do Order reference 456606Edit Customer support emailed me after I left this review Turns out Fedex was on strike in Italy hence the delay Not sure why they chose to ship via Fedex knowing that the strike was ongoing Regardless I received the package today just over a week after the initial estimated delivery date It was not the smoothest shopping experience but I m not completely opposed to ordering from them again
