In this case you get what you pay for

In this case you get what you pay for They have cheap prices but must be pushing factory seconds and previously opened packages The GIVI top case I ordered had some scratches and no document holder The top case mount had mismatched parts and scratches The customer service varies from slow to non-existent Better to pay full price within the USA Update It was packaged too well to have sustained damage during shipping I suggest that you and your team carefully inspect each item before shipment as any business should I already contacted you about this issue and you ignored it until I made this review

The product was a good price and seems

The product was a good price and seems like a great business But unfortunately my order still hasn t been shipped even tho it was suppose to of on the 29 4 21 it is now the 11 5 21 and my order still hasnt been sent out If you could contact me regarding order number 337789 It would be much appreciated

They are not responding to emails

i ordered one jacket from the site i received it not the same colour and even the size was tied ok i choose to return it i contact them through email many of emails to ask them for contact person to send as in dubai there is option to deliver to there door step but person name and phone should be available i tried too much by keep sending emails now i returned by pay 100 dollar on my cost requesting refund i hope that they will refund my money i will write my experience regerding refund on other message

Delivery problems

The eshop seems very nice However I was promised to deliver the goods on the 24th May nothing I wrote an email asking about the current status - no answer uptill now Quite poor service if you ask me

Can t really rate accurately yet as I m waiting for a screen that should have been shipped a couple of days ago The tracking doesn t even show as processed yet Order441291 I ve sent an email requesting an update but recieved no reply

Lengthy delay

Mar 18 that s when I placed my orders 800 USD worth Order reference 417276 All the items were advertised as available only for me to receive emails on two occasions that an item and afterwards another item is no longer available It s Apr 8 now and when i track my orders it says order still in progress 3 wks and counting still in progress Uncertain when order is processed and shipped Lengthy delay spoils excitement Pls fix Unsatisfied customer from the Philippines Got my orders after more than a month Quality of products is superb Will i order for more of their products Yes I will just not expect prompt delivery 3 stars for me 5 stars if availability issue is fixed Thanks

Order 559603 - Late delivery no answer on inquiry

Made an order on 09 AUG and it was stated that order will be shipped in 7 days bc not in stock Today is 29 AUG and it is still not shipped send them 2 emails last one both in English and in Italian asking about delivery - they never replied So I guess will have to cancel my order and look somewhere else luckily I paid by Paypal so there will be no big fuss with that Motostorm you need to learn more about customer care After submiting bed review here shop finaly found time to write a reply and send the package order came all right except one part with color-damaged Bc overall experience - extra long wait slighty damaged item and very bad customer service I will rate this shop with 2 stars

unacceptable customer service

i recently ordered some plstics for my bike about a week ago and havent recieved any updates at all the only email i have recieved is them saying they have recieved my order it is meant to be shipped to my address tomorrow but i highly doubt it as they haven t given me and notice or updates does anyone have a number i can contact to get some help please

Beware for US FedEx charge 17 on taxes and fees Better buy local from revzilla or motovationusa
