Don t give up folks If you ve been mistreated by this awful and completely devoid of customer service company take it up with your bank card Tried to return a full price never worn tags intact but wrong size sweater got no email response after many attempts no phone number for customer service Naadam website states returns exchanges accepted within 30 days But website wouldn t allow the return Sent it back anyway well within 30 day period Documented everything including proof of return delivery No response from Naadam ever Finally opened a billing dispute which was resolved in my favor by credit card company Chase Visa albeit after 4 months Sad thing is I d been a happy customer bought 6-7 garments loved every one Naadam lost me as a customer forever with this terrible experience

When i read other people review they say it is bad How I can have the courage to buy this product i was ready to buy one double xl cashmere sweater but afraid to buy Manmohan Lal

They are bad Total fraud told me the package was delivered I could t track it wrote their customer service not responsive no replacement just nothing and no response no refund don t buy from them

The cashmere 75 now 98 is soft with a good fit However after wearing it just a few times the sweater pilled badly In addition to the one I tried I bought two sweaters as Christmas presents during a sale The tags were still on because it was beyond 30 days they would not take a return Be careful of three things Sweaters pill30 days to returnInflexible Customer Service email only

I was promised a certain price for items based on a mistake on the company s part I placed my order based on the assurance they would price adjust Then they took back their promise to price adjust Stay away from this company if you are looking for honest business practices

Ok Quality is terrible I have been following this fraud of company since they came on the US scene They are based in China and do everything legally and humanly possible to hide that Fact By opening Retail stores in NYC and La they think it legitimizes their operation Every US consumer be warned They are selling 25 crap cashmere for 200 plus fooling people into thinking they have a decent product Their quality is horrific Do not under any circumstance buy from them Yes 100 Chinese More importantly why do they hide that or lie about it Look at their FAQ Not a word

i ordered a zip up hoodie in a large for my son who is always a large the sleeves were so short they only came a couple of inches below the elbows and the back of the hoodie was shorter than the front I have written multiple times and told that item was a no return I can accept that however not because the item was defective They need to refund me to date no response

I mistakenly made another order on Nov 28 So far no shipping even though they told me it sent by DHL cid 8946A6A0-7135-4CC9-8C62-F4FAA0AAE32F-L0-001I called HDL they said never received the item i tried many emails they are so naive saying return which i tried the website is broken immediately said ineligible for return so I paid but got nothing order 836011

One star is too many but its the lowest option available I d love to review their merchandise however their incredibly inept customer service didn t get what I paid for to my front door I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift more than a week before Christmas day with 1-4 day shipping I figured if it takes 1-2 days for them to ship it I m in great shape right WRONG I didn t receive shipping confirmation for 4 days Even more frustrating is that for several days after I placed my order they emailed and texted me daily guaranteeing delivery before Christmas for orders placed after mine I guess I ordered too early Maybe if I waited a couple days they would have prioritized my order Fast forward to several days after Christmas still no delivery almost 2 weeks after the order was placed so I emailed their customer service Come to find out the order never left their shipping department They asked if I wanted a refund or the product and I asked for the product A customer-centric company would have offered priority shipping or a steep discount but not this outfit Didn t matter anyway because after I advised I still wanted the product I was then said they were out of stock and did I prefer a refund or site credit Refund please I don t trust you can fulfill a customer order Naadam Next issue I m sure I m going to have is actually getting said credit let s hope they can actually do anything they say they will

Ordered the 98 sweater womens The quality is poor It pills really bad I purchased dept store brands for the same amount that have held up over the years Do not recommend
