Don t give up folks If you ve been mistreated by this awful and completely devoid of customer service company take it up with your bank card Tried to return a full price never worn tags intact but wrong size sweater got no email response after many attempts no phone number for customer service Naadam website states returns exchanges accepted within 30 days But website wouldn t allow the return Sent it back anyway well within 30 day period Documented everything including proof of return delivery No response from Naadam ever Finally opened a billing dispute which was resolved in my favor by credit card company Chase Visa albeit after 4 months Sad thing is I d been a happy customer bought 6-7 garments loved every one Naadam lost me as a customer forever with this terrible experience
