I love my sweater but I ordered 2 sizes and need to return one The returns exchanges part of the website is broken and your customer service just doesn t reply I haven t received a response in over a week I would love to buy more of these sweaters the 75 sweater is literally my favorite sweater But your website generates errors when making a return and I cannot get any help to exchange the wrong size It makes me extremely reluctant to order anything else

Wow I wish I had checked here before dealing with this company I bought my wife a cashmere sweater for Christmas and had to guess if the size It was a little too small so I emailed them and they said all sales are final they can t exchange it for a different size What a horrible company Needless to say we will never use them again for anything and will post negative reviews anywhere and everywhere we have a presence online I m updating this review because my request was escalated and a larger size is being exchanged I didn t feel like it should have required escalation but either way it was resolved and the rep Barbie stayed calm and helped me even when I was clearly frustrated

I ordered an original cashmere sweater for my daughter-in-law s birthday She sent me a picture when she received it I had intended for this sweater to be a gift so I was disappointed to see that a price tag was attached It was particularly disconcerting since the price was listed as 75 00 I paid 98 00 She says that she likes the sweater and I hope that s true

I had a pretty decent experience Shipping was fast but I ordered in November so maybe it s busier during the holidays I took off one star because the sweater I ordered for my boyfriend seemed to run very small for a large I didnt try to return it because he wore it and we both decided it looked a little ill fitting I decided to keep it as an oversized sweater for myself so I can t speak to the return process I wanted to order another in an XL but I am concerned about size inconsistency and return process judging by other reviews

My review is 5 Stars I ve worn high price big label sweaters that should be used to clean the undercarriage of cars So don t let the REASONABLE price wrinkle your nose in snobbery Nadaam cashmere is made from 16-ply Mongolian cashmere That s the BEST I ve even felt or worn Also listed on the fair trade global sustainability That s important to me Warm soft beautiful pilling is always expected but there is considerably less than other inferior name brands This company started about 2015 so it s new the name seems unusual which to some equates inferior but in that you are wrong It s imperative to take your body measurements go by their guidelines Avoid assuming a small is a small The biggest issue Swapping out for a different size Returns aren t free-- and you need to keep the labels on But if paying 250 for an amazing long long sweater then why complain If policy isn t to your liking then go buy a couple lattes It s less than 20 and requires a bit of time So don t skip your measurements I The 75 sweater is a great choice for a beginner to cashmere that is a good price point It s a fantastic sweater Don t bother with extra postage money for delivery My sweaters arrived in about 9 days and I paid nothing extra Some bad reviews mentioned the packaging looked like giant condoms Not in my experience And it s PACKAGING This is a sustainability company They re not handing out boxes with silk ribbons You ll want to shop soon-- these aren t mass-produced Check back often because new stock always arriving This company will be BIG soon enough Jump in now

I love Naadam - you just have to know how to order from them and when Most of the negative reviews are shipping and size ordering and I understand buyers being frustrated waiting for Christmas presents and the company probably had staffing and logistics problems due to Covid everyone did - USPS lost an item I ordered in September last year and their tracking had the package going from one end of the US to the other several times and they could care less and it came at the end of January And as for sizing the website has a full description of the size the model is wearing as well as a size chart and what s available and what s out of stock That being said I ve bought joggers sweaters shawls and all are good quality wash beautifully and do not pill I live in their recycled cashmere joggers in the winter - they are stylish and luxurious enough to wear out as well as lounge around the apartment in The company emails order acknowledgments promptly gives updates on order status and tracking info and the goods usually arrive within a week currently So now watch just because I said all that the next time I order will be jinxed for sure

My experience was great but irrelevant I have read so many negative reviews for NAADAM and I m sorry but I m just going to say it Read the Shipping Returns Policy BEFORE you shop at any online retailer I always read them before I order - that way I know what to expect It clearly mentions the restocking fee and the no returns on sale items etc The only thing I found that conflicted the reviews was their exchange policy which states NAADAM offers exchanges at no cost for up to two exchange orders If you exchange the item from your second exchange order for another item and after receiving it choose to exchange it again a third time you will be charged a 12 75 return fee I assume that s for full priced items only Oh and Cashmere pills There is no way around this - especially 100 Cashmere It is extremely delicate You have to take really good care of Cashmere like fine silks - wearing gently It is not like some other wools that are much heartier or blended Cashmere with synthetics to make it stronger

I have been purchasing items from this company for a couple if years without any issue I did have one item that was never sent but I received the item quickly upon reaching out to the company The quality of the items I have purchased is wonderful and I will continue to shop with them

This is to revise my earlier negative review based on the lack of coordination between Naadam and their shipper DHL and DHL s horrible customer service But all is well the package did arrive Naadam was responsive to my email inquiries and the recipient LOVES the sweater
