Atrocious customer service

Atrocious customer service support I fell hook line and sinker for their marketing Their youtube ads make you think it s this wonderful company that cares so much about producers and consumers not in the least I figured since they save so much money producing their goods in Mongolia they have low overhead and would excel at simple things like exchanges returns not NAADAM Horrible horrible customer service Sizes vary wildly - some run big some small Oh and if a product is on sale they won t let you exchange it for a different size WHAT Don t order from them They suck

Dismal customer service attitude

Awful custmer service Keyed in the wrong mailing address and when i requested that they rectify it what do you know sorry we keeping shipping inexpensive so cannot change the address too bad you can try and have it returned for a refund Refund policy - USD 12 75 deducted Wirecutter rave reviewed them - looks like they paid Wirecutter for the positive reviews

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company Sweater showed up already looking like it had been worn multiple times Was also too small but no way of knowing that without purchasing one to try In order to return it you re charged 12 75 plus your original shipping cost so for a 100 cost to purchase a sweater and have it shipped to you you get 70 back Never seen such bad customer service

AVOID if you have any time constraints on delivery Completely unreliable shipment Placed order on 12 18 with 2 day express delivery assured delivery if order placed before 12 00pm On 12 23 informed shipment would not be received until 12 27 certainly not Express - 2 Day Shipping Delivered in 2 Business Days if Ordered by 12 00PM EST Missed Xmas

No Customer Service - purchase filled in wrong address and cc - OVERSEAS 25 shipping to wrong address I contacted them email only option - within 1 ONE minute - Reply Sorry can t cancel orders Sorry due to high volume can t do a thing You ll have to receive the order and send it back another 25 to get a refund AWFUL site I m furious - out 200 for nothing

Terrible Support So difficult to exchange

You expect any online service to be great at exchanges returns well not NAADAM Terrible customer service experience Sizes are very inconsistent by product - some will run too big some too small Beware if a product is on sale the would not let you exchange it for a different size Terrible practice Stop ordering from them Not worth the pain

Made an order for Black Friday about 10 days ago and they are just emailing me saying they re out of stock and cancelled my order No apology no nothing Really annoying since I had a couple options I was considering other than naadam but now it s past all the Thanksgiving sales Should have looked up ratings before purchasing Don t bother with this company

I think any positive review you read about Naadam is written by a shill I only bought from Naadam because of their Arrive By Christmas guarantee That was Naadam lying you into their Catch-22 You can t cancel your order once made according to Naadam even if they don t ship If you insist on buying from these scammers use a credit card so you can force a refund on this team of professional liars

Awful International Shipping Custom Duty Experience - please don t buy anything

Ordered a 469 set for Christmas to ship to France Ended-up with a unwarned 286 5 custom duty to pay through DHL although Naadam s Terms and Conditions precisely mention they will and must inform about any taxes before check-out Of course they didn t otherwise I wouldn t have ordered the set I now have to return the package and pay a 35 restocking fee shipping fees Customer Service Ethan is absolutely bad takes ages to answer Very very bad experience will never buy again
