Loved sweater but after 3 months worn about 6 times a small hole open up under arm in seam - was told by Naadam that their workmanship warranty is 30 days and the hole was my problem - disappointed but i guess you get what you pay for - too bad sweater was soft and comfortable

I ordered a sweater right after Christmas and by mistake put the wrong address my mother s house in the order I tried contacting the company by email as there s no phone number and they said they couldn t change the shipping address even though I realized my mistake and contacted them within minutes I had to pay for additional shipping to have a family member reroute the package to my correct address Then the item didn t fit I exchanged it for a different size and color but was unhappy with the new color and now want to return it But when I went to the website it said my item was not eligible to be returned or exchanged I had to email customer service AGAIN and though they fixed the issue and are allowing me to return the sweater I will NEVER order from this company again I now have to pay a 12 75 return fee for an item that didn t work out This company is just too difficult to work with and not customer-focused Most companies that do business online have a phone number to call and take free returns NEVER AGAIN

I was drawn in by Naadam s 75 cashmere sweater so asked for a gift card for Christmas Redeeming that gift card proved to be an absolute nightmare First the company they use to process payments Leap generated an email with a gift card and Naadam s site did as well They both had different gift card codes and after three days of back and forth I discovered only the code that came from Naadam was usable The person who bought the card for me only forwarded me the first one from Leap which was unusable Next a customer service agent told me the gift card could not be used for the 75 sweater most of Naadam s other sweaters are 3-4x that price Thankfully this proved to be false because once I tried the proper gift card code it worked fine I hope the sweater is worth it it seems to get decent reviews I ve yet to get it but Naadam has said it shipped after three days of effort trying to buy it Persistence pays off I guess The buying experience was an utter and complete nightmare

I tried to return a sweater that was just inside the deadline 30 days and was told virtually that it was not eligible Tried to get in touch with customer support and their drop us a line email won t accept a google server Needless to say there is no phone number

I posted a review about the lux merino wide leg pants balloon sleeve cardigan and the tank top The pants pilled and a seam came apart in the back i put that in the pants review it never got posted The tank top sleeves pilled horribly and they were too long after one or two wears I loved the cardigan even though it pilled Out of all three reviews the cardigan was the only one posted and i submitted the reviews multiple times and verified them

I just don t think the cashmere quality is that good nor the construction I got a cashmere hoodie for Christmas 2020 3 months later it looks terrible and pilled and somehow the stitching on the neck hood is already falling apart My 50 year old cashmere Pringle sweater is such a huge difference and step up in quality I ll go back to buying vintage cashmere from reputable labels after this bummer

honestly speaking you wool cashmere bomber was very reasonably bad for 3 or 4 hundred orignially wrote as grand out of mistake rag and bone filson a lot alternative out there besides i am just wondering at 4 hundred and still imported possibly only mediocre factories used are you guys still a direct to consumer brand if you guys are a retail mark up brand now then 30-60 discount would be expected for most ppl

The products are fine and fairly priced Customer service is not I once had to wait more than 2 months for a product which was out of season by the time I got it and communication throughout was dreadful Same issue now ordered for Christmas not even shipped yet I asked 4 times whether I d receive what was meant to be presents and get standard responses my guess is it won t arrive Zero attempts to aid the customer Quality of the products not worth the awful experience

You can often tell how little companies care about customers outside the US by the extortionist shipping prices they charge More than NZ 80 to ship a sweater that probably weighs around 200 grams is just gouging To put it into perspective Everlane charges NZ 14 for shipping to New Zealand They do have a fast option but it s still not 80 By not offering lower freight options they re really not doing everything they can to extract money from customers worldwide but as I said above they probably don t care We can just buy elsewhere

overhyped nowadays everything is called cashmere
