Delivery issue resolved

Re rating experience after speaking to the company managing director Neil Neil couldn t have been more helpful and resolved the issue with a delivery date for our new stove Stove now arrived and it s stunning Very pleased with the purchase and I would recommend this company for their customer service and support

The process of buying a stove from National was a delight The interchange was on the phone and much more efficient reliable and enjoyable than finding your way round other suppliers inadequate websites The most startling aspect for me was the efficiency of the delivery arrangements - to make the order on Tuesday and get delivery on Thursday was amazing

We live in a new build which doesnt

We live in a new build which doesnt have a natural chimney We were informed that we coild still install a multi fuel stove by having a false chimney built on a flat wall with a flue going outside National flues fires fire in stone were recommended so we visited their show room in cramlington Christine was very knowledgeable and helpful They came out and did exactly as promised Chris and Mark did a fantastic job and were very friendly and professional I wouldnt hesitate recommending this family run business

Fantastic from Start to Finish

Fires in stone were fantastic from start to finish They were professional in every aspect of their work I was nervous about the disruption and mess We had two stove fitted and had spent three years trying to decide if it was worth doing The yes is - yes - do it The fitters were exceptional and extremely respectful of our home They were tidy and clean They arrived on time and nothing seemed to be a bother to them The quality of the work is of a very high standard and we simply love the stoves Thank you We highly recommend this company

DIY INSTALL - good support

Been wanting to put a wood burner stove in for a while and reached out to National Flues to help with a DIY install These guys were brilliant they helped me put together a requirements list stove flue support brackets lead flashing ceiling vents and a slate hearth to meet Building Regulations Delivered quickly from stock at a good price Install went well and all signed off by inspector Can t thank these guys enough would highly recommend them based on quality of products design advise prompt delivery and good pricing

Multifuel stove installation

I can t recommend this company enough if anyone is wanting a multifuel stove installed this is the 2nd time I ve used them after moving house The service you get from Christine Neil and the team of installers is first class and I can t thank them enough for the fantastic job they ve done installing my new multi fuel stove
