Naturitas haven t reimbursed me for a damaged product
I use Naturitas to buy various health products and ship them to New Zealand Recently I had a shipment of grains that was poorly packaged and came loose in the parcel The package arrived with a received damaged label from NZ Customs I emailed Naturitas repeatedly for a refund of the product that was badly packaged and never received a reply or a refund This is not good customer service
