I have to admit I thought I had gotten scammed from this website I ordered approximately 65 U S worth of products back in July I received an email stating my order had shipped within 24hours I kept checking on the status with the tracking provided and my shipment just seemed stuck My order status never changed I finally sent a message to Naturitas and was advised that my package was stuck in Customs I pretty much have up on ever receiving my order Well my package FINALLY arrived today My box had definitely been opened and re-taped so I believe it was held up in Customs I am so pleased with the products I received from this company Everything was in the box The price I paid for my items was less than a quarter of the price anywhere else Amazing I will definitely order from this website in the future however I will practice a bit more patience I am sure to get my order it may just take a lot longer but worth it for the price

I know that there are complaints about time to receive your item but unfortunately that is the state of international shipping as a whole right now unless you are paying top dollar for shipping I ordered my items on June 23rd and from the 26th to the 29th it went from Spain to the Netherlands and it was shipped out on 7 1 and there were no further updates from that period on However I held out hope because I have bought several things from overseas and they did show up eventually Today to my surprise my gluten free pasta was in the mailbox Notifications once it reached the US could have been better but the USPS is also having issues and that is not the seller s fault I am very pleased this was not an urgent or perishable item and it is something I cannot buy here in the US so I am just glad that I ordered three boxes and it will last me quite a while Patience is key and I would reorder from them

I was a bit concerned when I saw it was being shipped from Spain but it arrived in only a few days ordered 22nd January received 30th January I will buy again

My first order was for Hafer oat drink It arrived In the North of Scotland well packed in around 10 days and the service was prompt so I will probably use the company again if we like the taste compared to Oaty

I live in Kent in the UK i ordered 20 agave syrups and one honey jar and everything came quickly within a week of ordering and we re all sealed and undamaged I was worried about ordering from this website because I saw alot of negative reviews after making my order but thankfully it is a genuine company who delivered really good quality products and is exactly as described Only issue I would say is its difficult to communicate with them as I tried to cancel my order after seeing bad reviews and I didn t get any response in regards to my cancellation but since receiving it I m glad they didn t cancel the order as I m pleasantly suprised and happy with my purchase and will definitely be re ordering in the future Thank you naturitas

I purchased some bread recently and when I emailed the company with quesion about one of the products I received the reply immediately It was informative and helpful message so I did have a good experience Also the website is going to be improved I was told

I received my products that are hard to find elsewhere and for less price than anywhere The order took a while to get to me I am on the east coast however So it makes sense The reason I gave 4 out of 5 is the website isn t the easiest to navigate I typed in the brand which they have it gave me 15 000 other options and only one for what I was looking for You have to be very specific about what youre looking for Anyway blah blah great company

A little worried after reading some bad reviews but my goods arrived on time exactly as ordered well packaged and look to be of good quality The company is based in Europe hence the long delivery times
