Fake reviews from proved purchases

I have not ordered anything yet I was about to put in my basket a tooth powder and since it s a difficult product to get used to I checked the reviews All reviews 20 in total were positive most said to be a translation I tried to click on the show original and nothing was shown but what alarmed me the most was that they were all posted today 2nd November I don t believe a toothpowder can be so popular to get 20 reviews in a single day from a website I ve never heard before And that there are no older reviews is just fishy Clearly this review thing is a scam I wonder about the rest

The company makes the entire ordering

The company makes the entire ordering and contacting process very cumbersome We simply wanted to know how many mg of sodium are contained in their vegan pate but we needed to complete answer after answer after answer before we could even reach the required form

Poor packaging

Poor packaging a big honey bottle broke and spilt all over the rest of the box It was wrapped in brown paper I mean just brown paper- not bubblewrap Ridiculous considering they offer products on their website that aren t packed appropriately Shame really they lost a customer Making a complaint is another nightmare

Damaged goods customer services were hard work

Longer than quoted delivery times as products are shipped from Spain not NZ despite the NZ website Jug was damaged on arrival and took several emails with customer services in Spain to resolve They did not provide the replacement part product I asked for but did give me a full refund Not the outcome I wanted but they came through in the end

Naturists Points System

naturists have a points system which at first seems good but the points that are accrued don t last very long So if you order a regular large quantity ion product by the time you need the product again your points have expired

still waiting for refund I purchased several times Delivery and pricing is all good However with the most recent delivery I received expired supplements Refund was granted however I m still waiting
