Great Company great products at a great price fast shipping a number to call and people actually respond

I read so many negative reviews that I almost decided not to buy but seeing that the store was the only one with all the supplements I wanted I gave them a call to make sure it was a real actual business and I found a great customer representative and assured me of their legitimacy I went ahead with my order on Saturday and Tuesday I already had everything Great Company great products at a great price fast shipping a number to call and people actually respond I really don t see what all these negative reviews are about If you are not sure you can always use PayPal From Porto PT

My order was placed with no difficulty whatsoever I could track the package which arrived not too long after was perfectly packed and I have no complaints whatsoever If each order is handled this well you can count me as a repeat customer

Great service and products

Quality items Arrived a couple of days left but that s due to Brexit The website is great I have easy access to my purchase history and I can track progress of my delivery at all stages of the journey Customer service is great too They always reply within the hour

TOP MARKS

I just received my order and it took only 4 days in this situation Before I placed my order I was a bit concerned about the delivery and I contacted the Customer service and I got an answer within minutes I m very happy with Customer service prices and delivery and I ll definitely order from them again

I have placed a few orders from this company now to be sent to the canary islands and have had no problems at all I was also impressed with the level of communication from this company letting me know that they only deliver here on certain days of the week and apologising for having to wait but now that i know thats fine It comes well packaged and for me it arrived fairly quickly Will gladly continue to use and recommend this company

Excellent products and extremely efficient customer service They responded immediately to two queries and went above and beyond what was necessary I m very grateful especially after Brexit that I can still get top quality European products without any hassle Thank you

I ordered from them and received my items a couple days ago the stuff is quality and although because of coronavirus things are moving a little slow but you will get your items I don t know why people are saying they re a scam but I got my items Things were well packaged nothing was broken everything was perfect

Shocked by the previous reviews I placed my order - was giving a delivery date 6 07 20 and it arrived on the day I was sent a tracking email so could see movement of package Goods I received were as described and in excellent condition My first experience of this company and I can t fault them and would use them again and recommend them

Worthy products require long delivery

Naturitas was the only place which had the items I wanted altogether so decided to take the risk Had no problems whatsoever with order or delivery and they arrived in good time One of the products had only Spanish instructions but that is easily solved now online Delighted with my products Would go to Naturitas again

Quick delivery and reliable track and trace system

I have only placed one order for Naturitas and can only speak for my own experience The delivery took a long time from Girona - Spain to Houston - U S placed 2020-10-19 and delivered on 2020-11-14 but I understand that this is beyond their control I am just happy that I can purchase products that are not available in the U S market by other means I am placing a second order for the same products
