We are extremely pleased with the service received from Neatsmith and with the final product Sarah from the design showroom team was very professional and patient in designing our hallway wardrobe taking into account all our requirements Katie from the Head Office was prompt in responding to our emails and kept us informed on how things are progressing Olegs the fitter was very skilled and did a fantastic job with the installation leaving the area tidy We were also extremely pleased that the wardrobe was completed ahead of the estimated lead time The wardrobe looks fantastic in our hallway and we very pleased we chose Neatsmith over the other companies

Brilliant company from the reception desk to the sales to the operations to the fitters Nothing was an issue everything happen exactly as we were led to expect and the resulting walk in closet is fantastic We are now looking to use the team again for my husbands study Thank you

Top quality superb design work

Neatsmith delivered a splendid project for us a large custom wardrobe under a sloped roof and an office space Both look absolutely stunning From start to finsih Neatsmith delivered very high quality the 3D models were very well made and helped us visualise the final project months before completion comms were clear throughout and the person sent on site to build the project was discreet pleasant and professional Recommend highly

I recently used Neatsmith for a new set of bedroom cupboards and a dressing table they were an absolute delight to work with and nothing was to much trouble for Hannah I will be using them again shortly for a TV wall and book case wall and would highly recommend them

We are delighted with the Neatsmith fitted wardrobes in two bedrooms All aspects of the project were performed in a precise timely and professional manner Carolina from the Hampton Hill showroom did an excellent job presenting the numerous options measuring the site explaining the process and showed great patience with our questions The wardrobes are finished to a very high standard with millimetre precision Mark did a super job installing them over four days Arrived as planned and completed the work in an efficient professional and friendly manner The rooms were left clean and tidy Many thanks to all the team we would definitely recommend Neatsmith
