So far so good got my alarm installed

So far so good got my alarm installed at the weekend and the chap that installed it explained everything to me The only thing I have a problem with was I was given no information on the box on the front of the house doesn t have a light or bell otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Home Alarm Installation

Your technician Johnny arrived on-site and was extreemly professional throughout the installation He addressed any questions we had and took time to explain the full workings of the system to us We were very satisfied when he had the system installed - a great representative for your company There was one small issue that we only realized during the installation When we activate the alarm at night we want the whole of downstairs active and the upstairs inactive however to deactivate the alarm without setting it off we needed to purchase a remote control I know we can use our phone app however visitors staying with us won t have this facility so we decided to get the remote control for upstairs use at night It would have been nice to be aware of this

Would highly recommend Network Security Bradley was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful Stephen who installed the system was also really nice to deal with and explained everything in detail

We had an alarm activation

We had an alarm activation during the early hours of the morning and the monitoring team rang within the 20sec They also done a double check on keyholders we cant fault this system at all the back up AC power supply is great incase of a black-out alarm still works perfectly Only issue i have is not knowing how much the system will be after the 36 months and is the maintenance of the alarm still billed after the 36 months

I contacted network security and left a message for a call back I wasn t called back so I called again and spoke to a most helpful man who allayed my concerns and performed tests to help me identify specific rooms in my house Once again brilliant service provided once contact was made

I really appreciate your effort to recruit the right people and deploy them on field The man Mr Furqan I was sent to was really good person who knows what is he doing He very well behaved and explained everything that we should know taking long time as my wife and I have no technological background hence very slow to understand certain technical stuff Your offer to me was the best in the market available today and I had not to think twice to fall into it Keep doing well Thank you

Mostly good experience

Mostly good experience Process options and instructions explained well 1 negative that stood out Even though contract stated old wired window door sensors would be removed they were not Installer stated he was told not to remove nor is he alloted time to do so

Naomi was very helpful and called be back when she said she would Very big tick there Sales was very good too - sorry for not remembering your name at present Very personable and knowledgeable Just waiting for someone to contact me about installation Hopefully we will get sorted soon

An 80years old view

As an 80year old and only moderately au fait with new technologies I was pleased to be assisted by Customer Services and their ancillary staff with the renewal of my security system Everyone was extremely helpful and answered my many questions

Replacement of existing Alarm system

I recently replaced my alarm system with a new one Peter was the Engineer and advised me what areas needed improvement Installation perfect I have been dealing with Networks for the last 7 years and found the staff very helpful particularly staff in office who organise each job I always recommend Networks when alarms are discussed in conversation Oliver Logan
