Battery was supposed to be sent for

Battery was supposed to be sent for remote And no one visited yet since install to check replace init batteries

Box for alarm is horrible

Box for alarm is horrible Too big an eyesore Maintenance sign flashes up constantly They call you every now and then when the alarm goes off

Camera not good Even not 180 degree angle Very slow also And we can t see full vedio like before and after motions I have wifi camrea its working far betteer than your one

The only change I have seen since my former supplier of security was bought out was that Network Security tried to bill me for that I had already paid for with the old company

I don t needed it Also there is an orange light on dashboard from last 2 month I though network secuity team would contact me to replace the battery but they didn t

Wasn t told when becoming a customer that if your alarm goes off they don t call the police unless there is someone there at your house with a key So the service is pointless

Never received the service of the equipment which was promised after one year They blamed COVID but no effort made to do service to date they do not care once they have got your money

There is visual or auditory notice on the outside box to deter thugs which is a big disadvantage There are other provider who are much better Waiting for my contract to expire and switch

The annual maintenance was not done right The alarm is going off every now and then The network engineer who serviced promised to send another guy to take care of this But nobody called or visited

Technically we find them good

Technically we find them goodTheir account administration is probably the worst I have ever seen in my 40 years in business Their accounts admin staff are appallingWe have 2 premises in the one industrial Park When they send engineers for a service on one I ask are you not going to do the other one No it is not on the list to be done What a waste of money and time for an engineerso the person organising their engineers is not being very efficient in the job allocationsBut apart from all of the above they do a job but I would not recommend them to anybody I am sure that there are better options availableBernard Kenna
