Do not use this company

Do not use this company very poor customer service and no manners on how to speak to customers Tried escalating to managers but no one is bothered to resolve issues save money dont use this company

Appalling is the word

Appalling is the word Bs from the start lied to about contact Finished contact at end of term and started getting letters from dept collectors demanding 900 euro release fee There is nothing secure about dealing with this company Would not recommend them Cameras don t even work half the time only thing that works is door and with alarms Here a few points I was told it was a 12month contract not a 36 month Your sales rep Patrick lied through his teeth to get the sale at any costs I received no paper work I was given a gadget to sign that work was carried out I was too trusting and was deceived into signing So in other words I was scammed by this company True is their not an honest company

Wrong information

Wrong information took payment lad came our to install door bell said going to drill in in 2k door all other door bell are wireless plus 36mt contract forgot to mention

Minimum amount of information is given before you sign the contract or you pay After payment you realise that ooh that feature was not told

Do not use this company They will sign you up no problem and take your money but try cancelling your contract asking for a copy of your paperwork and you ll find they will try every trick in the book to give you the run around Look out for the sneaky contract clause that commits you for 12 months at a time if you don t cancel Save yourself the hassle use a company that isn t out to try rip you off Just as an update to the reply below I have emailed the email address below 3 times already I find it odd you can reply to a trustpilot review but not customers emails

AVOID NETWORK SECURITY

Got the system installed in January have had nothing but trouble with it alarm going off not getting contacted by monitoring company app on phone not letting us know the alarm is going off Still having trouble with it AVOID THIS COMPANY

Unethical Disregard their own code of practice and breach their own terms and conditions Beware or you could be removed from your own account when they cover up their wrongdoing like done to me

Horrendous Accounts and HR play God and disregard their own terms and conditions and breach their own contract Update Your word said to me investigate When it became apparent you were scheming with non account holders to better your own needs illegally at my detriment The information you have was enough to enter contact Any more is simply an intimidation tool you wish to use Legal I m going legal UpdateInformation It is I who is the one requesting under GDPR on what legal basis you provided information to unauthorised persons on the contract It would be more ethical to respond to personal emails in the first instance and then secondly respond to reviews Let me assure you that each action has a counteraction

not recommended once your money is in they will change their color like an exotic lizard will be surprise if they will be in business nothing has been resolved if it would have been why I would have left review still outstanding

Issue with letters on overdue account that was already paid by direct debit Sending me links for review sites is never going to end well after that frustration Engineers are nice people

Terrible Experience

I would avoid at all costs they make it impossible to cancel without paying a fee We were tied into a 3 year contract and at the end rang to cancel were told they would put a note on our file to cancel once contract expired Rang them back months later as cancellation never happened told the contract rolled over and we would have to pay 99 to cancel Claimed they could charge us the fee due to their term and conditions Terms and conditions say you must give notice before contract expires which we did and refers to the contract rolling over after an initial 12 month contract which we weren t on We paid the cancellation fee just to be rid of them Terrible experience
