Whenever my alarm goes off when we re out of the house they could not provide me the information that I need I thought they will be able to tell me what cause the alarm with camera on the corridor

When your alarm will go off

When your alarm will go off no connection or something what is not your fault will need to wait 2 weeks when someone come to have a look crazy no alarm for past 2 weeks for what then paying money

The truth

First of all a had monitor of my alarm On one occasion I was about to go down for surgery in James hospital when I got a call from monitoring company telling me my back door alarm was activated When I got the call they told me I would have to ring polise myself that they don t do that on one activation know this was unreal I but in a complaint which actually took months for this to be sorted which was to one no apology for months of calls that led to nothing much poor I got calls which mostly with same person with to no avail and not much good on the phone so really was a bad experience so at the moment i wood not recommend in good faith with the service I got with Network security

Service is reliable

Service is reliable but no outside alarm bell and when looking for one extra fob I was told at one point they don t make the original fob I was supplied with only one in pack and cost of additional fob was expensive

Good service with small issue

Install went great the guy who did it was tidy and efficient Service works well and app is good My only problem is on 2 occasions I contacted the service team to get the remote fob that was part of my plan but have still yet to receive

Still missing smart features

Installation was quick enough and the system seems to be working However the mobile app is sometimes broken and it s not able to connect in order to enable disable the alarm Also the whole system is not smart at all it cannot be integrated with Alexa nor Google Home

you have not solved my mobile app

well the security system is good but only thing i have faced so far is an unresolved issue as having troubles with my mobile app signing issue since last two months i cannot sign in online to operate it from my phone as it was in the beginning of installation

The monitor on the window was on very

The monitor on the window was on very sensitive Made a few calls and the third time it was then that it was changed Getting woke up at 3 4 am with a young child is not fun Other than that there hasn t been much issues I was charged to replace the door and window alarm sensor back on after getting them changed I think that this is wrong considering I was getting new doors and window the less likely for the house to be broken into which means that the less work for your staff monitoring the house

Our alarm apparently kept triggering

Our alarm apparently kept triggering but it was a zone we didn t recognise Phoned Network and they arranged for an engineer to call out All very quick and efficient Problem turned out not to be within the property but an issue with Network Happy days sorted quickly and efficiently Explained clearly too

Decent service but expensive

Good service with decent options for coverage of windows doors etc the app works nice too but will charge you a leg and an arm if you need any changes even if it s a mechanical fault in device Major issue we had was - their sim struggles to catch signal even though our mobile phones get full strength signal from Eir Tesco etc Kept on chasing me for a fee to move security box when we never even got it done
