Terrible

They installed the system on the 3rd of Aug morning Since same day afternoon it is always failing I had other cia 3 years and they never had issue My internet is perfectly working I regret every day I contracted them

lack of communication and hidden terms and conditions

sold house so had to cancel direct debit in Nov 22 paid off remaining balance off in March 2023 for contract till june 23 told the lady i was speaking to i wasn t using their product anymore and would be canceling my contract received an email in the past few days that i owed them over 360euro for my contract june 23-june 24 because i didnt tell them i did not want to go in to an automatic 12 month contract i am been told now i have to pay the 12month contract and the cancelation fee of 99euro on top not 1 email or phone call off them since March 2023 and now this bombshell disgraceful customer service would not recommend to anyone

I signed up over a year ago and switched from mobile broadband to e fibre was told an engineer would talk me through how to switch didn t happen cancelled the direct debit was told I would incur a cancellation fee I agreed to continue as I was due an annual service this did not happen so am continuing to pay a monthly charge for no service

even zero start is less Avoid them at all cost they will make you customer once you will try to cancel they wont cancel on time and harrass you and sent debt letter without any reason after reading this review by them I got call from Simon and Niall they did nothing fake promise of phone call by Simon and Niall even giving 100 explanation felt a bit of robbery nice way to earn cheap money well done guys Note Guys there is no point of regret if you wont believe all these 1 star reviews looks like 5 stars review are dodgy and fake bought

Don t do it - for your sanity

Our fire alarm goes off regularly we had to switch off the house alarmFunction as we were repeatedly called through the night The fire alarms are faulty and I amUnsure if they would work in an actualEmergency Multiple engineers have been sent to the house All alarms have been replaced Each time an engineer comes they have a different reason as toWhy they constantly go off - all nonsense Knowing there is persistent false alarms the final straw was the fire service being called by them The care team have no leadership and insist I pay2 years to get out of the contract I am escalating to the consumer regulator Go to screwfix and buy an alarm and a ring alarm Save yourself the heartache

Not of great value

Monitoring is live but no guarantee on availability and reliability Suddenly the device loses connection with monitoring station and until I reported the issue was not known to them After raising a ticket issue was resolved after 4 working days after couple of follow ups Same happened twice just in one year So I saw no value in it Tapo smart sensors give you full control and controls are even more advanced

Bad service Don t expect a call if alarm goes off

They say 24 7 monitor but you will not receive a call from them if the alarm goes off They have their own excuse like due to storm there were 1000s of alarm went off at same time that was the reason they gave me when I asked for the reason

So it s an extremely average service

So it s an extremely average service As in the sensors work But you could get these sensors on amazon My last alarm told me when a window was open This alarm will set if every single window downstairs is was wide open and you d not know So it s extremely basic Iv to omit a sensor because a dog bark sets off the alarm The app is very basic also Now to the issue of changing broadband Imagine the horror to find out this is not possible and doesn t fall within the maintenence section of your contract Simply moving the the modem 15 feet leads you to 100s of euros in fees to fix this issue There was no room with them whatsoever You pay the fees for a new panel installation engineer and call out fees Just because i wanted to move the modem 15 feet Either you pay or your alarm will cease to work because your SIM signal isn t sufficient iv 5g sim reception btw Any who Id avoid all around

Our panel is constantly offline

Our panel is constantly offline and I keep receiving daily calls from network monitoring about alerts We haven t changed our broadband or anything so the issue isn t on our end Every time I contact technical support they either promise to call me back but never do drop the call or on the rare occasion I do get assistance they end up making things worse It s an absolute nightmare

If there was a -99 rating I would give it I signed up November 2021 for a 3 year contract This was always paid monthly No issues December 2024 I called to cancel and was advised that I can t and my contract had been automatically renewed without my authorisation I have sent this company numerous emails advising that I don t authorise any payments from my account 29 January 25 these thieves withdraw another 29 99 I have spoken to my bank and they have cancelled direct debit and have advised me that they are aware of a few companies that operate like this Just to warn any potential victims of this company do not give them your bank details I am reporting them to the financial regulator to investigate fraudulent activity on by bank account Thanks for your reply I really don t understand your policy My contact that I signed back over 3 long years ago back November 2021 was to expire November 2024 Why would you send me an amendment to the contract 9 months before my contract is due to be finished That s very strange and I would not say normal procedure with a reputable company I asked as per previous emails that I no longer required your services I had informed my insurance company that alarm is no longer available which I can provide evidence and am paying a higher premium I am not paying you for something I asked to cancel I would love you to as a registered security company where I signed up for network security to steal from my account Simon your answer to my post just shows what cowboy s you are Jp king
