Really fast response time and the problem was resolved correctly The only critique I have is I am not sure how to classify the problem correctly on the ticket form There was not a category that seemed to fit my issue Perhaps there should be on the form an option for Other

I was extremely surprised how fast they respond
I was extremely surprised how fast they responded to my small request via email as in 30 to 40 minutes or less They then took the initiative to start troubleshooting right away and sent several emails as to the status of their troubleshooting and if they needed additional info for their troubleshooting they would let me know right away That s extremely important especially if your site is down and your losing thousands per hour In my case my site was initially down and then my email after they setup my site Monetary wise it didn t affect me since I m in the initial stages of setting up my business but once I get to the selling stage I can count on there email support I do recall using the chat phone support last year when deciding who I should use as my host and they answered right away and were extremely informative I suppose I would get faster service via chat phone Either way whether email phone or chat they are extremely prompt in getting you the help you need

I have always appreciated Nexcess s helpful support and usually only contact them for server-specific issues I ran into a WordPress issue conflict that I wasn t sure was software or server environment so I contacted Nexcess for help The tech Jay was amazing Not only did he work to reproduce the issue but he dug into what was causing it and fixed the conflict for me Many companies as soon as they see it isn t a problem with their service will push you to someone else which they easily could have done But instead Jay took ownership of the problem to help me out This is why I have been a client of LiquidWeb Nexcess for over 20 years and will continue to grow with them

Nexcess is streaks above any other hosting I ve tried The pricing is slightly more than the cheaper options but it s worth every penny 1 Auto-scaling is a life saver for me All other hosting I ve tried just take my site offline Nexcess gives me 24 hours free auto-scaling I never use more than 2 hours even on the busiest month but even if the site is down for a minute you can lose so much business and it adds up 2 The support is always super helpful friendly professional and almost instantaneous They go out of their way to help to implement things that other hosting won t 3 Their management always steps in immediately to resolve any negative feedback 4 They don t have cPanel so it was a learning curve but now I love their dashboard And ftp credentials are easily accessible 5 Backups restores and staging sites are so simple to manage 5 Having a built-in CDN is so convenient 6 Free Astra Pro plus other special offers included 7 And super fast Thank you so much
