First of all it took 24 hours to get

First of all it took 24 hours to get the issue resolved That was too long a time to resolve an issue on a live site That is the only issue I think 4 or 5 different people worked on the issue and then it got resolved I believe support technicians need more training to resolve the issue quickly

The company can improve on quick response to customer s concerns I could not checkout my order and I contacted the customer service and it took at least 1 week before my concern was completely resolved The good thing was that the last handler of my case resolved it within one hour This means that there was capacity for the team to have resolved the issue promptly when it was initially raised Weldone team

2 3 of Technical Staff are on point I will chalk this up to Covid Era It is difficult to find good help today Count your stars if you have them

Had an issue when updating the PHP

Had an issue when updating the PHP version of my site and afterward when I tried to load a backup the Nexcess portal crashed Customer support was helpful although it took a bit more time than expected to revert to an older backup and bring back the old PHP version

Early Review but really happy with Support and Hosting Plan

So far we are completely pleased with our hosting plan more specifically the technical support we ve received The support team has responded rapidly and each ticket that was opened was resolved within hours Probably sooner had we responded more rapidly ourselves All in all totally excited to have found a good hosting company and hope that things continue to run so smoothly

I love Nexcess

I have been a customer of Nexcess since 2015 and typically have such great service I was having trouble with my I themes and it took three weeks to get it straight It was a word press issue and just took the time to reach the right tech support to get help Rest assured this is not typical of the service rendered by Nexcess

I have used Nexcess for several years now ever since I inherited the website I currently run Nexcess has always been very knowledgeable and help when I ve run into issues that I really haven t a clue what to do with as I said above I inherited the site so I basically just maintain it for other s use and pray it runs well - and Nexcess makes that happen
