I have been using Nexcess for around 6 years

I have been using Nexcess for around six years The duration with them has been flawless with no complaints Whenever I have been stuck which is also rare their service team has gone way beyond and helped me to retrieve the situation I can say that their free support is far better than other provider s paid support There was a current situation where the problem was complex and needed several handovers internally but not once did they ask me to repeat what I had explained to the previous engineer This is a true example of a mature organization with mature systems KUDOS I love doing business with you

Nexcess is simply the best WordPress

Nexcess is simply the best WordPress hosting we have used I work at a Digital Marketing and Web Design firm hosting over 200 websites Each of them are fast and almost never go down Even behemoth sites with dozens of large plugins and tons of content load right away The only downside to Nexcess and it is not client-facing thank goodness is that their backend my nexcess net is SO SLOW it can sometime take 30 seconds to load the sites and perform simple actions If that performance would be improved it would make Nexcess the single greatest WordPress host of all time in my eyes

We moved from go-daddy to Nexcess servers about 18 months ago We operate 2 websites with Nexcess Recently we subscribed to Pro Services We worked with Prabhat for the most part and it was a positive experience Unlike our experiences in the passed Pro Services takes the time to understand the requests we submit Turnaround is typically 24 or less Layout and designs are professional with some direction The interface we as clients are provided with to make change requests is user friendly and pretty outstanding Pricing is very reasonable

Dylan was very polite and professional He took the time and exercised patience while trying to find out why I couldn t login to the Nexcess website I did not have my account number and he had to search for my information Once he found my information the call went very well He sent me the link to set up a new password and I am good now
