Nexcess liquidweb is a scam company stay away
This is a scam company I wanted to try this service on Saturday and their chat support told me to pay the invoice before I can use their wordpress hosting service I paid the invoice on Saturday and suddenly they told me they couldn t activate my hosting plan because their billing team was away until Monday This logic doesn t even make sense if their billing team was the only one who could activate the hosting why did they suggest me to pay the invoice Why they didn t tell me to wait until Monday This is a fraud company

Hello everyone they deserve one star because they make you open the account set up the account for payments pay but they don t activate the service They reply to you that IP is blacklisted strange in account activation and payment they don t check IP Then they close your account so that you can no longer log in and tell you refund made in 7 days Very bad service

Tech falling apart with bugs
Great support would be better if restoring a backup worked and wordpress updates worked as described hence most of their automatic features stopped working without bugs I ve used their hosting a couple of years and these were great however currently most fail

Worst Hosting Ever
These guys don t know what they are doing I was checking in with them if they are better than cloudways and I can switch to them I called them as their sales chat was not working most times it doesn t work They told me they are better than cloudways and I should move to them I got convinced by them and moved to them Placed order and then they said they can t provide me hosting because their system believes My IP is blacklisted OR I had previous account with them OR billing address has problem I told them that there is no such thing like what they are mentioning IP is good address is good and I never had account with them before But they are not humans they reply on robotic work All that are saying after convincing me to switch to them and taking invoice payment from me I left cloudways for them and they made me stuck fortunately next day I found better hosting provider Don t go with these guys they have no common sense They don t care about your time they care more on their robotic system and robotic type humans

II was a customer for 6 years after so many years I needed support a disaster more than 30 days without solving the problem they ask me again and again the same thing more than 60 messages sent and they don t solve anything

Most Unsafe Hosting Company Globally
This has got to be the absolute worst company I ve ever encountered in the hosting space in all my career 10 years and I ve worked with small and higher level servers with several hosting companies across the years The worst thing about them is Customer service and then how they literally don t care at all if the account somehow gets compromised their actions are almost as if they want to help the hacker Let me explain We had a brand new hosting account with a brand new domain and completely fresh install of Wordpress never ever sent any traffic to it Within days they let us know that one feature within the hosting account would accrue extra charges That feature is designed to essentially optimise server page to be able to handle excessive traffic Except we never had any traffic at all Ever Everything is brand new I called them and they confirmed that indeed there is absolutely no traffic so they turned that feature off They still wanted to charge us for whatever that feature which we never turned on had accrued Then we started getting unauthorized charges We emailed them and told them these are unauthorized we do not consent to any further charges we want everything closed down refunded Except they did not care No response in several days then more charges we respond to those telling them to immediately refund and close everything down they did not care about those either Hundreds and hundreds of dollars We warned them we would start posting reviews online and they need to resolve immediately Yesterday there was the final nail in the coffin 3 charges totalling approximately 1 500 and we still have not heard from them They are the absolute worst I d stay as far away as possible Your files your payment methods everything is as unsafe as it could get if you expose it to Nexcess I ve never seen anything like it in all my professional career You ve been warned

Absolute scam and fraud company Stay away After being a customer for a couple years I tried adding a new hosting account domain It wouldn t work to connect Support would say they d need to check on it and get back to me then never would I had to follow up day after day for over a week and eventually delete everything and start from scratch myself to resolve all the while they charged meThen the unauthorized charges started 200 for overages while we hadn t received traffic yet which they confirmed but then said they were charging me anyway I canceled all services and started getting new services added They applied 2FA and I couldn t access the account at all I emailed reporting all of this as unauthorized fraud ccing every publicly available email address forbidding charging my credit card and instructing them to shut down everything closing the account I received no reply and we needed to follow up repeatedly to get a reply which instead of doing as directed asked us to remove 2FA Then proceeded to charge over 1200 of additional charges A business partner described them as the worst hosting support service I ve seen in 13 years of online marketing Stay away from these trash scammers and don t expect any support
