I placed an order Sunday evening and recieved my order already Tuesday Unfortunately one of the shirts I ordered had a hole in it - I wrote to Next s customer service and asked them to confirm whether they covered the cost of return post if the return was due to the goods being damaged A few hours later the same day - many other companies could learn from this an extremely friendly and helpful customer service rep called me to apologise and promptly arranged for my card to refunded All in all an excellent experience I used to shop in Next regularily when I lived in the UK and I will definitely be using their webshop again

I love shopping with Next online It is fast faster than if i order something from Finnish online shops and it is cheap Sometimes it is bad that you see nice piece of clothing and it is sold out but otherwise I definitely will keep ordering
