A disgrace in the name of customer service The bank in my area opens 2 hours a day 2 days a week Went to open a bank account the lady says sorry its not my department Opening a new bank account is the first thing a customer does at a bank and she has no idea how it works To open a new bank account I need a bank id and to have a bank id I need a bank account The situation is like which came first chicken or egg Absolutely disgraceful people working are like from stone age have no idea at all Asking me to submit documents 3 times First at the time of sending application and contacts me to send the document again and sends me the same readymade email again to send the documents When asked about this via chat says the customer service that I have no bank id and cant verify me and tells me to go to the bank that opens only 2 times a week for a total of 4 hours When I went to the bank in physical the lady in the reception has no freaking idea she calls customer service speaks 20 minutes and still could not figure out what s going on I have a Danske Bank account in Denmark but these Swedes working in Danske Bank in Sweden don t give a damn about their work

DONT GET THIS BANK IN SWEDEN
If I could give zero stars I would It s insane how they can be a bank in Sweden when they absolutely doesn t wanna help their customers Even when you just moved here to get a new bank all is by letters and no physical meetings etcIt s basically a free customer for life if you do it right But no If you manage to get an account you cant really do anything with it since you can t get bankid with them Only shop in stores The bank is litterely denying you access to bankid saying they don t give it out to people even tho they have the requirements but not a national id And bankid themselves confirms you can get only by having a personal number and a card from skatteverket But Because of the stupid NFC chip others don t get because we are not state citizens We can t get it with them When it come to cash just forget that you won t be Able to to get it into the accounts as they don t have any place to set it in and refers you to third party which is even more sketch and can lead you go scams Overall get another bank and this bank should be reported to the authorities because of the way they treat people Denying access to necessary tools to manage your life and so on

No BankID for Danes and other foreigners
Danske Bank does not offer BankID to Danish customers or customers with other nationalities than Swedish As a Danish citizen living in Sweden Danske Bank requires either a Swedish passport or Swedish national ID as identification when ordering BankID They do not provide an alternative Very dissappointing for a supposedly Nordic bank I will be canceling my account and leaving Danske Bank because of this

Now they blocked from my accounts what is known as the major login sofwtware BankID is blocked nationally 1 month wo any feedback from this despite the fact I answered all their stupid questions same date as I received them They have blocked me from everything not just the evil bank I have worked with big cooperation s and Danske Bank is by far the worst Stay away at all cost My rating is 0 on a five grade scale
