NOTINO IE lost my package- Nov 4 2024They used the cheapest delivery company DPD Ireland and my package after finally was shipped to Ireland was just thrown somewhere in an unknown place I had to spent a lot of my time over the phone and filling in their report to get my money back Although they gave me my money back Notino never compensated me in any way Not worth your time and efforts Some delivery guy will lose your delivery and you will just end up extremely disappointed from this company

my comment was deleted from notino ie Bond No 9 Downtown Bleecker Street - Unfortunately very disappointed The perfume is cheaper than in other places because it s a replica everything is fake starting with the packaging the bottle the atomizer spray it seems to be from another bottle it comes off too easily the fragrance doesn t last and of course it s not like the original Please stay away from this product and even from this website it s an absurd experience when you re ordering original products YOU SHOULD NOT RECEIVE FAKE PRODUCTS

Why are there so many variations of notino company s I ordered from notino S R L is this a legitimate site I ve been waiting 2 wks now and haven t received anything yet

Fake Gucci Intense Oud

Bought Gucci Intense Oud but it s fake I bought here for 95 euros plus 11 euros for delivery on other places that was 181 huge difference made me suspicious but I checked the reviews and thought give it a go but huge disappointment

Very disappointed

Very disappointed Ordered a parcel a week ago in time for Christmas it said Meant to be delivered today but the only correspondence is from the day after ordering Delivery company said they never received it despite Notino informing me that next day that they ve passed it on I had 75 worth of presents for people that I won t get until god knows when as I might have to request a refund I m told by the delivery company Very poor service and extremely unreliable

Slowest delivery ever It s been 14 full business days Absolutely no movement not receive my parcel what is the point to pay delivery charge for DPD very disappointed

I have never received an order from this company in time After dozens of emails my order gets its way to my house but I m really sick of it If you really need something on time avoid this company

Deceptive advertising

According to Notino if you spent 40 euros on two products of a certain brand they gave you a little free gift of the same brand but when I went to my basket to pay there was no gift at all

If there were a -1 rating option I would give it I received my order in horrible condition The liquid was spilled everywhere and the bottles were broken I contacted customer service but they did not want to solve the problem I absolutely do not recommend buying from this business if you do not want to receive damaged products Awful customer service Would not recommend to anyone
