I ve been buying from Notino for a while now but I m disappointed that they don t offer delivery on purchases over a certain amount as I spent 75 and in other shops they offer this courtesy

Hi I am a regular for quite a few years now You used to provide free delivery from 40 50 if I remember correctly Now free delivery only for selected items Major disappointment I am going to start ordering g from your competitor-Makeup ie Please return free delivery if 50 spent Greetings

The package was destroyed and opened so that when the couries pass it to me the small oieces felt out Fortunatelly nothing was missing The cosmetics are all good

very disappointed with the delivery service They fail to ring the doorbell simply leave it outside This was not the case before You should consider that strangers may take the package if you leave it outside I m afraid to say again from NOTINO because the deliverers don t do their job well

Product arrived exactly as ordered and genuine product Only one quip and that is it took a bit long to arrive However if you do not need your product in 3 days you will save on most other companies Overall a painless purchase from start to finish

Add paypal as a payment option - am not at all comfortable with putting in my card details directly for one-off purchases

So far so good 2 orders received and I m very happy with the products and the service I would have given 5 stars if free shipping was offered for large orders however shipping is charged no matter how much you spend which is disappointing
