I was a bit disappointed as on page with product I was proposed to copy code for discount but incart I was told that it has been already expired

My last case

My last case I have ordered On March 29 my order arrived but the product arrived incorrectly I ordered something else I issued a refund on March 29th The courier was supposed to arrive on April 3 but he did not arrive Your colleagues apologized and asked for a new date but the courier did not arrive again Today is April 9th and The refund hasn t been received yet I wrote 10 emails but no one answers me It is very strange I m a regular customer Perhaps you can help me I also have questions and I will be happy if they are answered

A nightmare to return an order

The good part - the purchase process works well and I had no issue with the initial order It came on time and it was securely packaged The bad part - I had to return the item and unfortunately this has been a disaster They send a courier instead of you returning it via a drop-off service Three times they have arranged for a courier to collect it and three times it has been a no show I ve been told that a courier will come on X day No specific time so I ve had to ensure someone was at home on those days to hand it over which is a nuisance This is on ongoing - I still haven t been able to return it despite constant contact with their customer support team

Notino ie is not based in Ireland

Like many others this website lies about his country When you buy on a website with IE suffix you re supposed to buy in Ireland and receive your purchase in a couple of days But Notino is not based in Ireland and the parcel takes weeks to come
