Shipping is 5 5euros but it was not mentioned before ordering and it is added automatically at the end of order summary

Good shop with good products but disappointed to have to pay for postage on an order over 50 euros

Its a decent site to get some good deals if you watch a product you are after and time it right their prices fluctuate quite regularly and you could pay double or triple the amount depending on timing its always worth checking prices on other sites before purchasing on notino to be sure you are getting a good price i have seen many examples of products on their site that they are selling way above retail i e you can get the product much cheaper from the official website for that product Chanel being a good example Also their Sale events can be a bit misleading example they may have something on sale on day 1 for 40 quid the next day day 2 the price will go up to 48 quid then the day after that day 3 they will run a sale event offering 20 off so the price goes back to the day 1 price of 40 quid whats the point its all marketing tactics people will react more if they think they are getting a deal or a great price time it right and do your research and there are deals to be had on genuine products from notino

The customer service is none they sent me wrong product few attempts to contact them no response so I won t be ordering again to avoid this kind of situation

More transparency regarding shipping please before paying Nearly 6 shipping although bill is nearly 50 Most perfume shops and pharmacies offer at that price range free shipping But I m not demanding anything for free only transparency before checking out Very disappointed

Bit disappointed that I ordered products twice and each time it said products available but after payment stated products were not available Refund was given asap but wish it let me only buy products that are available

The company offers variety of products even the discontinued ones for mostly good prices but unfortunately there is not a guarantee that what you order you will get In my case different mascara model to the one shown on product picture same brand yet - different packaging comb type nail varnish from Rita Ora edition- received ordinary 60sec one And customer care telling you that s all the same which only adds the frustration to the shopping experience Getting fed up with Notino Not sure if I can recommend it to others

They have a good range and the items made it to Ireland in fairly good time Please make the eco packaging standard and remove the 1 charge for this - the responsibility should not be put onto the consumer rather the company should do its best to reduce its impact On a similar note please don t add perfume samples with unnecessary packaging into the order I did not want or need this Thanks

Mixed experience with this company One order I placed was well priced packed and delivered I tried to go back another time and found myself on the receiving end of some dodgy promotional sales tactics I raised my concern with the company but got no satisfaction so I would hesitate to use them again

Good experience in general but I find it a bit tricky that separate products are advertised with discount codes but only at the check out you learn that you can t use multiple codes for the same order I find that misleading
