State Department doesn t accept digital files or printouts

I had you notarize a U S passport form DS-3053 The post office rejected it because the State Department needs an original physically stamped notarized document Digital documents are not accepted As notarization of government documents is a portion of your business you have to have known this was not acceptable and have most certainly had previous customers experience the same utter failure I believe I even asked the notary that the file would be accepted while on the screen share meeting An yet it wasn t accepted and you happily took my money while knowing it wouldn t be accepted I am going to be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau for your deceptive business practices

I rechecked section 2 of the I-9 and the Nortarizer wrote Driver License instead of Identification Card for one of the required parts It is very clear that I provided an Identifcation card not a DL This does not match I need this refunded

Do not Use No Direct Customer Support and Does not Comply with NY Law

Their process for online notarization in New York is wrong I requested a notarization and instead of sending it to a NY Notary as required they had it notarized by some one in Texas The document will not be accepted in New York Courts Of course they have no way call support center to fix this issue instead you have to email I would not use this service in the future due to poor customer support and the error in processing online notarization in New York

It just kept asking me take pictures

It just kept asking me to take pictures of my Driver s license no feedback just take pictures of it over and over I just went to a local notary because it works he s vaccinated and it s just easier than getting a computer to identify a driver s licensee

It was a terrible experience

It was a terrible experience they need to understand every person isn t a computer expert our situation was such that I was physically located in a different state and my wife was in different state I don t know what she did even though I was guiding her that they can t verify her id based on those stupid set of questions and worst thing was the profile got locked for 24 hours We needed the document urgently that was the purpose but it got locked I wonder why can t someone just verified her on camera instead of computer generated questions

Destroyed Affidavit

When the notary from Texas filled out my paperwork she glossed over the fact that she was crossing out COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA and replacing it with JEFFERSON COUNTY TEXAS This made the affidavit null and void

Horrible service

Horrible service sat there staring at a ready to begin screen for over an hour and there is no way to reach out and actually contact anyone Maybe if you sit there all day you ll eventually get a notary Complete waste of time

Not valid in NYS

Need documents notarized for a NYS court NY regulations are pretty clear that the notary needs to be physically located in NYS Despite the website saying that their services would be valid in NY I was assigned a notary in FL

Terrible notary experience

Helpful notary quick RecommendedUPDATE Realized after uploading the notarized document to my employer that it wasn t properly notarized the notary did not put her seal on the form This was way more trouble than it should have been I m on vacation and had to go to a coffee shop with WiFi to have it notarized again This time it was completed properly They did refund my fee but honestly considering the hassle it caused me they should have given me a credit to have it notarized without charge the second time

Took an hour to get everyone in and verified No numbers to call for help Frustrated my boss and homeowners Not enough available options for editing names emails or deleting archiving old sessions
