like online partners can be in different places how fast the notary came on the look of the docs how fast it completeddislike i was on desktop so it worked but my wife on iphone and you sent link to her email the link was dead and did not open so I had to use safari and get her to your web page then we had to sign her up via google but the pw did not work it created a lot of hassle and took too much time then got past tthat and your page did not interact with the iphone camera and microphone

The notary and witness for very professional

The notary and witness for very quick and professional I just didn t like how the text boxes look some text was cut off so I m not sure how valid this document will be in the future When I open the document up in adobe it says some of these signatures have issues and cannot be verified

Setting up the session was a great except for one hickup

Setting up the session was a great and clear experience with the exception of uploading a photo of the front and back of my ID - that part of the session had some technical difficulties where the UI would sometimes just go back to the prompt to take a photo again without acknowledging whether it worked or not or give an error message during the photo upload from my iPhone and I would have to start over again even if I had succesfully uploaded the front of my ID fine but failed to upload the back of my ID I also wish they would explain whether a notary in another state is able to notarize something or not I thought I initially specified Texas when I started the session I wish they could give an option to store the documents somewhere for longer but I understand it limits their liability and the risk by only keeping the document for 10 days

The person I video called with was amazing The downfall was the call completely broke and I was unable to obtain my notarized document that night until the next day

Excellent platform Average Notary

Excellent platform I use the platform myself as a Notary but the Notary I recently met with was NOT friendly she was very transactional and dry personality it also took quite some time to find a Notary available
