Unable to confirm my identity in the allotted time The field for filling in my drivers license wouldn t allow data entry and time expired Frustrating experience

Ink color issue

Everything was smooth and the notary was very nice However the document had my signature in blue which created problems with my passport application I ended up not being able to use the form that I had notarized Possibly just a misunderstanding which is why I gave 2 stars vs less None the less the form was not usable

a couple unable to sign during the same session

Your system has a major flaw Both myself and my wife were required to sign a Grant Deed however when attempting to connect to a notary i had to have two seperate sessions opened one for each of us which was rediculous and caused audio feedback and made the signing next to impossible Why you cant have two people in one location sitting in front of one computer working in one session signing the document is frustrating

The phone app is terrible I couldn t see or use the text boxes and ended up paying for an incorrect spelling that I couldn t see in the full boxes
