This lady was rude please review video we had two separate notary s today the first experience went well the second did not

So I ve came from Firebase They forced me to use this service but in the end it is simply not working They ask you to provide a photo of you passport and your face I ve tried to do this but out of 15 attempts they opened camera only on 4th and 15th attempts instead of opening all other attempts they just writing documents attempted but biometric failed This all without opening camera Than on 4th attempt camera suddenly opened I was like hell yeah finally it went succesfully OneNotary wrote me that it is confirmed succesfully then suddenly redirected to login page autmatically What I ve checked on Firstbase no confirmation Tried the process from scratch cause I see it can work and time as tight Then on 15th attempt I honestly lost the count already camera is on again instantly screenshots me and shows verification failed you re blocked for 24 hours try again later But you ve already confrimed once succesfully Nothing changed maybe my face expression changed of course joking but honestly guys at this stage it is your fault Come on guys how you can go online with this garbage in place of a product

Don t waste your money My state requires two notary seals and the lady would only give me one making the document completed void The website says state of hawaii accepts notarization from this ap but it is obviously not true if they don t even abide by the laws set by state or are even remotely aware of them

The other side was clicking on the screen so I couldn t write anything She also messed up my phone number Bad experience

The signer had trouble with the security questions because the questions asked were completely off It asked if she knew a certain person and there would be misspellings But the misspellings were really off to the point the names looked foreign and then she got locked out for 24 hours After being locked out for 24 she tried again To do something different she said she made close assumptions She texted me a photo of the security questions and the mispelled names looked completely off Given the flaw and the 24 hour delay I don t feel like I should be charged at all I would not use this service again

The process took over 12 hours including 5-hours of sleep

the ovary website timed out in me many times and i got disconnected from the video chat my connection was safe as well as my camera microphone and speaker set though the chat Mod claimed i had no reception the note involved a credit check though i am it sure if i have had my identity stolen

Though the notary was lovely and great to work with your site not so much I have had technical issues with your platform and not just me but also my friends who have used your services Sometimes I cannot get my verification done because the site just kept spinning and spinning and tried fir two hours Had to reschedule twice for that reason The last time I used your services one person could not see anything Their screen was blank They were able to verify but then when the notary came in they saw a completely blank screen the entire time I signed my papers and we had to reschedule so she could sign where she was supposed to on the same document The second time around I could not see anything I verified but then had a blank screen the entire time after that I sent emails each time to your help desk with no response I am very unhappy with your site and the lack of response from your supposed support staff I am in the process of finding another online service Thank you

A Notary was doing great but the files were corrupted and technical support never responded to my complaint

This was my first use It took about an hour for one doc There were several technology glitches I needed to set up video on my box That s not mentioned The video check said I was ready It was wrong More time spent You must have a cellphone with an OCR reader app on the phone That s not mentioned either I uploaded my ID docs beffore I knew that I need to OCR my ID anyway No mention that you sign the docs online Wasted time signing and digtizing docs For me the trip to the physical notary is faster and easier The good news is it finally worked
