Unethical practice
Gave us a pre approval for a mortgage in 20 minutes We then made an offer on a home for our family based on the approval They then spent 9 weeks reviewing our documents before declining our mortgage on the basis of information they already had at the pre-approval stage The manager at OpenBank said Pre approvals are given to almost everyone Unethical

I cant explain why money disappearing from my account Everyday different value at my account proved with screen shots but no difference in transaction history Customer support does nothing they are only super nice I asked few times for a bank statement and my history of transactions and account value but couldnt get it This is too much for my bank to provide me Stay away from this bank please

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I had in my life I m using it from Spain and it s just sad They blocked my account without reason or explanation The attention is horrible as they hung up on me passed me from worker to worker on chat because they did not want to deal with me I demanded multiple calls no one did Email not responded and the worst is that I will be spending Christmas alone because I can t use my money thanks to them to fly home and see my parents and siblings So no folks never ever use openbank it s not worth your money

Account blocked w o reason vacation spoiled
They have blocked my account and refuse to unblock while I m outside of Spain The reason is that I changed 1 setting in the app I can not access any of my money for 1 month during my vacation It s a robbery and spoiled vacations due to the fact that I m desperately trying to unblock the account and they simply do not care I have sent them all the documents they requested but it still blocked and they do not care
