A New Computer

The advice service and aftercare was excellent The only difficulties arise from me the customer I am no technie so things have to be explained to me slowly and carefully Like most experts Optima assume that customers know as much as they do but this isn t the case However staff were very kind and patient and the results are great I will get used to it in time

Older person support

Called Optima after trying a couple of other IT companies that didn t like the sound of what i wanted to do which was transfer all my old e mails and folders and files over following virgin media cutting my e mail off without notice Krish Sam jumped on it straight away and within a few days i was up and running again at full speed having replaced my 7 year old PC which had slowed to a trickle Can t recommend highly enough
