Slow refund

Lovely bras came very quickly but the refund took a long time and I had to write Emails to check what was going on They didn t acknowledge receipt until I wrote Not very professional replies but the refund eventually turned up

Too long to deliver

Happy with the products but took way too long to deliver as apparently items weren t in stock after all despite saying they were in the website No notification of delay either had to chase Half the order came over a week later the rest a few days later

The two items I ordered on line were not actually available and took a while to be delivered separately with practically zero communication or updates without me chasing The first item when it arrived was lovely the second was not great quality or fit That said when I got in touch they were quick to respond so I would order from them again but would check on availability of items in advance

The costume I bought is beautiful and refined Very slow delivery of the order I placed on June 8th and the delivery took place on June 27th The bitter surprise was having to pay another 69 for customs clearance and it seems really excessive to me So although the supplier has very nice things it is very unlikely that I will buy from them again in the end one costume cost 240 euros

Upset by delay in delivery which was not explained until I contacted to know why I hadn t received goods Had intended to take goods on holiday but didn t arrive Was offered delivery to hotel but was worried about any repeated further delays

Poor packaging

Usually when I buy your products they arrive in a presentation box and wrapped in tissue paper inside This time they were only wrapped in tissue paper and put in a Jiffy bag This is a huge step in the wrong direction when you are selling an expensive quality product and detracts from the customer experience of buying such fine goods
