I chose a bra which appeared to be available i ordered it and after 10 days after my own annoyance they informed me that it is not available and that they are waiting for it from the supplier After 5 days they let me know neither supplier had this bra so they refund my money They responded immediately but they had to be sure for the product availability

Very slow delivery had to chase for order to be sent Happy with items once received

I have ordered lingerie from Ouh La La twice now and both times my order has been significantly delayed and I received zero communication from Ouh La La to let me know that dispatch would be delayed and not even close to the shipping times they state online Only upon querying where my orders were after 2 weeks did I find out that they needed to order stock in For the second order they tried to blame Royal Mail strikes even though they hadn t even dispatched the item Both times the same day that I queried my order status I then miraculously received a Royal Mail confirmation that my order was on its way - however looking at the tracking they then sat at awaiting the sender to dispatch item to Royal Mail for days For my second order pre-dispatch I asked if they could upgrade my delivery to DHL to avoid further delay due to Royal Mail strikes and they refused and said I would have had to have selected that at checkout 2 weeks later I m still waiting for my order to leave Ouh La La Had I known they would sit on my order for so many weeks I d never have ordered from them Not impressed and won t be ordering from Ouh La La again nor recommending to others Avoid

I was charged an additional 36 importing tax Since Brexit most UK companies have organised themselves so that their customers don t have to pay these additional charges The items are expensive so additional charges make them prohibitively expensive

Not the best experience sadly Placed order zero communication thereafter eventually contacted customer services who explained there were delays etc one item wasn t even going to be in stock for several weeks Given 2 stars as customer services were quick to process a refund when I requested it

If you need anything soon don t order here Have ordered from this company several times over the years as they have a large range of Lise Charmel but almost every time the items take in excess of 3 weeks to arrive and I m later informed they are selling items they don t actually have in stock It s a total gamble as to whether your items are in stock there is no courtesy email after a week waiting with no dispatch to explain what s going on The items are always as advertised but if you need them in a timely manner it s not the place to order from I feel it s dishonest to keep selling things that aren t in stock I don t enjoy doing business with a company that does this sort of thing and this close to Christmas I ve been let down yet again This will be my last order from them

Ordered on 3rd September Item was shipped on the 29th September These long delays have happened twice before As others have mentioned they advertise stock they don t actually have and then wait for a restock AFTER you ve already purchased Sometimes items arrive right away other times its several weeks Items always arrive eventually and are authentic and as advertised but it seems a dishonest practice to sell items you know you don t have in stock If you re desperate for something might be an idea to email and check they actually have the items in - usually emails are replied to quickly

Products were good but for the most part are available from other retailers with much better service A week after I placed my order it hadn t shipped yet so I reached out to customer service and asked them to cancel and refund the order as I have already ordered the same items from another retailer and received them Instead of cancelling my order they shipped it Now I have to pay for return shipping

Order was taking ages to arrive with no updates so chased was told they were wating for one of the items to arrive from france and would ship as soon as received it a few days later package arrived with said item missing and a handwritten note saying it was out of stock refund was made but they d had my money for 10 days Would also have been nice to be informed before eventually receiving half my order Went on to Amazon and managed to get said missing item delivered by them 2 days later That s where I will be shopping in future

Disappointed to find my purchase had been packed into a cardboard box too small to accommodate it thereby crushing and misshaping it
