I am sorry to give this rating because the bra I purchased was lovely it arrived quickly and the price was good but the bra was to big for me but I loved it and just wanted some advice on whether the smaller size would be worth trying I didn t want to keep ordering and sending back at a cost to myself I rang the company and spoke to an assistant and asked her a few general questions and for some advice about sizing which I would have thought she should know working in the shop but she said she would have to ask owner who was away at moment but she would speak to her later that afternoon and get back to me that day I waited 4days but no call so just sent the bra back I was spending 80 which is not a cheap bra and I think service could have been better I didn t want to just return the bra I wanted a replacement that fit better so they lost a sale and probably future sales

Because of slow delivery -over three weeks - I haven t opened my package yet - as left for USA before it arrived - hoping I shall be pleased with my new bra when I get back home

I am sorry to send a poor review but I am still waiting to receive my purchase I know you will be chasing this up but I paid for this on 15 August and still no sign of my purchase

didnt expect to receive a hefty customs duty when the parcel was delivered I have had other items of clothing delivered to Italy without these sort of charges

I ordered two Empreinte bras one full cup and one 3 4 cup The full cup bra was perfect but I needed to exchange the 3 4 cup I sent three emails to the suggested email and never got a response I finally decided to mail the bra back with instructions for an exchange but was told at the post office that there was no guarantee of delivery to the address on the label provided by OUHLALA The only way to be sure I knew where the package went was to track all the way The price for this postage was 66 I decided to keep the bra and try to find someone who could use it I was very disappointed in the customer service and they difficulty with exchange I wouldn t buy from this site again

I placed my order more than two weeks ago but have yet to receive the items two Lejaby bras Whilst staff have been helpful and responsive to my emails I am disappointed at the length of wait and having to do the chasing I REALLY hope my items arrive soon

I have purchased my bras for 14 years from you and was disappointed to find my latest two purchases not good quality in both the fabric and the strength of the straps I have tightened the straps as much ad they will go for maximum support My size has not changed So not sure what s happened 92 is a lot of money for me but I ve always been happy to pay to have a supportive good bra Not sure I will buy another from this company Please can I have another bra to perhaps compensate Or advice Thank you Regards Philomena Srawley

Placed order only to call after a week to be told they had ordered products and were waiting for them to be sent I cancelled the ordet as this was not clear at my time of ordering I was led to believe the item was in stock

The quality of the bra was good but the cup form was wrong for me
