Didn t work very well was skipping and didn t connect very well in any USB port much better to just plug my phone in wish I hadn t spent the money on it

I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with the device After paying for expedited shipping it took almost a month for me to receive the device Once I received it it worked for less than 24 hours before it stopped working and wouldn t power on anymore I reached out to the customer support and interacting with the representative was like pulling teeth 4 days was the fastest response time I got from him and at worst 9 days Not only was the response time horrendous I was given the same instructions repeatedly even after expressing that there was no way I could do what was being asked if the device wouldn t power on I was given instructions to provide the log files along with other instructions that quite literally wouldn t work device will not power on I ve asked for a replacement multiple times annd was given another troubleshooting response that was f given before It was always a response that made no sense considering I also work in tech Update - another tech representative reached out to me to insult my intelligence even more by asking me to repeat the same steps I d already done the first time I had to make two different micro SD card purchases to try to troubleshoot THEIR faulty device after another 3 weeks there is now dead silence and no response from the representative

DO NOT BUY this product if your late model car comes with a built-in cellular hotspot Such as recent models from Ford Mercedes Jeep Chrysler BMW VW etc The Pairr adapter will only work if you switch-off the built-in car WiFi because Pairr requires using its own built-in WiFi connection This means your car security features will probably no longer work and any other features that the built-in hotspot provides will be unusable until you disconnect Pairr If somebody riding with you wants to use their tablet they can not use your hotpsot unless you first disconnect Pairr This requirement is not made clear nor stated in their advertisements nor on the main page of their website The website mentions Bluetooth and Wifi without making it clear that to use Pairr you must disconnect all other Wifi sources The only place where it is referenced is buried in the FAQ which most people have no reasons to read I bought 3 of these devices for family cars The Pairr devices are now worthless to me I wish it were different because the wireless CarPlay function would be nice to have but my built-in hotspot is more important to me This post reflects my personal experience and opinion

This company is a scam They say in their ad it is as easy as plugging in to play Not true It only works with a few year models of each manufacturer Also they advertise as shipped from USA but you cannot return it to the USA You have to pay to ship the product back to Lithuania which will cost so much that it will not make it worth returning Do NOT do business with this company Scammers

The product is a substandard P O S Their help line strings you along just long enough over a few months to be outside your banks ability to get you a refund Watch out DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUYDO NOT BUYLook at any other brand just not this one

They advertise all money back if you don t like work in 30 days Mine didn t work and they took ages to answer Finally I was not putting up with that nonsense and they told me to pay 25 restocking fee I got to send it to Lithuania etc I wouldn t buy if I knew Hope helps someone else

Purchased the item for my 2022 ford explorer took 30 days to get I didn t find the unit working with my steering control and it will take a long time to connect Wanted to return the item but was told to send it to Lithuania You will need to wait 30 days and then they will charge you 25 restocking fee Not impressed

WARNING DO NOT ORDER I ordered this for my son 2 weeks before Christmas and as of today 1 15 23 it still has not arrived Reporting them as fraud to my CC company Pairr continues to give me excuses as to why it hasn t shipped Wish I d seen the reviews before I ordered

On December 9th I ordered the pairr max On December 19th my order had not yet shipped so I reached out via email to get a status update On December 20th I received a response from them that my order would be delivered within the next two weeks I just asked for a refund since it was a Christmas gift and would not arrive in time They did process my refund though

SCAMMERS FROM LITHUANIA Definitely not recomendable It s a mockery after getting your money they just won t care it passed an entire month and they haven t sent the produce Now I m having trouble getting my money back
