Love it As advertised

Disconnects from time to time Sometimes takes some time to connect 4 out of 5 not bad

Great service Quick response Product was better than I expected

It s great but I ve noticed it inverse with radio You can t seem to listen to radio Can listen to your music from your phone Radio won t work in car unless you turn off the device

The wireless CarPlay is outstanding When I play YouTube playlists there is a lot of white noise in the music

--Update on 6 22 22The company has very fairly refunded a partial amount of the purchase price without the necessity for me to ship the product back at my expense I appreciate the customer service they ve provided and would recommend working with them confident that if your unit does not work for some reason they will make it right --Original review historyI strongly encourage you to consider before purchasing I got this and music was glitchy - would cut out about every 2-3 minutes absolutely not suitable for long term use When I went to send it back was informed that I would have to pay a 25 restocking fee return shipping with insurance and mailing it to Lithuania - This was after waiting 22 days to get it from China Update on 6 1 I looked up shipping rates on the UPS website - to ship from my location in Southern California to the address in Vilnius Lithuania with the requirements from Pairr lowest cost was 215 51Update on 6 8 The company has reached out to me to work on a solution which is appreciated - They have offered a partial refund without the requirement to return device but not sure how much that will be yet They ve also stated that I could use USPS for a return - costs would be between 25 45 - 65 70

Most of the time it s simply stunning how this device works But there are some errors sometimes especially when I m on my phone The screen gets black and I have to restart the car And the music playing stucks every once in a while I think this could be fixed with a firmware upgrade

Great addition to my driving experience Had to change out the USB C cable as the one sent was faulty One thing that could be made better is the reconnection of the phone to Pairr when the phone is removed from the car with the engine running In order to re-pair I have to unplug and reply the Pairr so it thinks I am starting the car again Not a big deal but an improvement that would help the experience

The concept is great but I have 2 major issues First is that it s takes a few seconds to connect once the car is turned on and I wish it was more of an instant connect Secondly while I drive a lot of the times the songs cut our periodically You would think that none of these issues would occur due to how expensive the device is but overall not super satisfied with the product

The freedom to not plug in my phone every time I get into the car is fantastic I have had some problems connecting but for the most part it s relatively quick and consistent My biggest complaint is that since I live in an apartment over my garage my phone will often try and connect to my Pair device when I m not in the car This has proven to be quite annoying as I can be taking and not realize this happened right away and the other person doesn t hear me I ve had to physically unplug Pair in order for this not to happen Other than that I ve been pleased with Pair
