What an amazing product I truly never write reviews but this little gadget is a dream come true for me It just works and now my car experience is easier and I just love it

This thing has changed how I use Car Play Everything works while it s in my pocket No more plugging in and having the phone slide around or fall on the floor If on the dash mount I can hand it to anyone in the truck and they can operate it Wish I found this years ago 17 Ram

Plug n play as described

After using my new pair for

After using my new pair for approximately three months he completely stopped working Contacted Pierre support who offered a number of possible solutions along with Bonett Cable It wasn t suited to the vehicle even though it worked initially tried in a number of different vehicles and it still didn t work Have asked for replacement product and then no contact whatsoever from pair replying to emails Absolutely disgraceful after sales service from such a large company I certainly wouldn t recommend them at all

Stopped working after six months

Product worked well for about 6 months Then it suddenly stopped connecting I ve tried working with support for over two months but they can t fix the issue I ve asked for a replacement or a return as the product is still covered by a two year warranty They said they are sold out and have now just stopped responding to my emails

Scam company - do not purchase

Scam company Ordered Pairr Max on December 3 Got a few shopping soon emails but item has yet to be shipped nearly a month later Inquiries go unresponded Unable to cancel unable to get any information All social media Facebook instagram are not available

Ordered 2 months ago still waiting for the product I ve emailed John who i assume is working somewhere in the Philippines for hundreds of companies and is outsourced I ve asked for a refund but so far they are refusing even though i ve not received the order I will update this review if they refund me and change the start rating but at the moment based on my experience i d steer well clear

Garbage

Garbage Cheap unit Doesn t install properly Instructions are poorly written Requires a Wi-Fi hotspot not mentioned anywhere on the site Feels like a scam Attempted to initiate a return 25 restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping to Lithuania An alternate option is a 30 refund Doubt I ll ever see that

Buggy and poor customer support

I was very excited when I first received my Pairr But unfortunately the experience has been full of bugs and generally very inconsistent in my Honda Civic 2020 To call out a few issues sometimes the device does not connect pair with the car and other times I ll stop responding working while I m driving - especially when I try and use Google Assistant Also I have an Android phone but it shows up as Apple Carplay in the car which is weird There were also the volume controls we disabled a couple of times - both the car controls and on my phone Another thing to call out - they make it seem like returns are pretty easy if you aren t satisfied But they aren t You ll have to pay to ship it back - on top of a 25 restocking fee - and an insulting email from their support

This is a scam they will never deliver the product

This is a scam I ordered the Pairr device on 11 25 a USPS tracking number was generated on 11 28 To date USPS has not changed to a status of accepted which means they have yet to receive the package from the shipper I emailed John the CEO and got a response that it s been shipped and it s in the USPS shipping network and USPS is just not tracking the package right now but trust me it s on the way I know the USPS isn t amazing but there is no way it s been in transit and the tracking label might not be scanned for a while directly from CEO email for 34 days I don t think it s coming Scam scam scam Do yourself a favor and just pay a competitor device on Amazon

SCAM ALERT

If you order this product you will never receive it They will give you a fake USPS tracking number but nothing will ever happen from there Do not waste your time or money shopping with them They are outside the US Lithuania and they will tell you that they ship from their distributors from China and other places but the product will never arrive and you won t hear from them If I could give zero stars I would

Please be aware This product is not supported here locally If it works out of the package great for you If not you must email customer support You will wait a day for their response If you want to return the product YOU have to send it to Lithunania You have to pay for shipping worry about customs documents Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else
