Not a U K company as advertised full of excuses when no delivery shows up no refund Disappointing

I have used this company for a while now and although it s advertised as a U K company it is not The deliveries took some time but that s ok but this time no delivery lots of excuses and no refund as yet over a month later just excusesUPDATE After a couple of months of emails I finally received my refund so for that i give an extra star

Refund Received

After my first order which went really went and the perfume was delivered approximately 10 days later I decided to order again - this time it didn t go so well Ordered on 26 April 2 weeks passed nothing numerous phone calls emails nothing Eventually got on to Amazon pay and received refund yesterday 27May If you don t receive your product and have paid through Amazon PayPal or credit card get in touch with them and they should chase it up for you The Company is in Germany don t think it s a scam company but it s certainly not great to deal with if you don t receive your product - Good Luck

Not great experience recently

The website is great and the prices are ace however the customer service team is useless and also after two weeks of waiting my order is not delivered No feedback no comms despite the promised delivery date has passed I was returning customer but I think I won t bother any more

Beware from ordering from Parfumdreams

I would not order from here based on the transparency Although I did receive my order after 14 days from order date 10 05 2023 I feel lucky compared to other people who ve purchased from ParfumDreams I purchased with the 1 star negative feedback in mind I paid with PayPal and would recommend everyone paying with PayPal incase you d need to raise a dispute if your item doesn t arrive Tracking only updated 8 days after I received it s been dispatched If infromation can be released with full tracking from the Germany courior than that would be great so we don t have to worry Monday 15 May 2023Sender has despatched itemTuesday 23 May 2023Item ReceivedHome Counties North MCPlease use this information in mind before placing your order I did get a bargin but not sure if it was worth the concern

Big Disappointment

Big Disappointment unfortunately after waiting for two weeks the parcel lost and the item refunded the issue here is that I bought it as a gift for someone but never arrived and missed plenty of good sales from other shops

At last got my perfume

At last got my perfume I agree with poor customer service I never got a response to emails but on messenger via Facebook I got responses Delivery was about three weeks which is what I ll look out for if I order again

Slow delivery

Not usually one for reviews however with no sign of an order I placed on the 25th of September and no update to the tracking link via Royal Mail since it was sent to me Your reference number J GBSorry we re currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference J GB Please try again tomorrow Numerous emails sent Update Have upped this to 3 - finally got a reply item was delivered next day Will use again if the price is good but will expect a 3ish week delivery

Difficult to cancel order but I did get a refund

I placed an order without realising the delivery timescales 7-10 working days did not meet my needs birthday presents so I decided to cancel Cancellation wasn t easy at all They don t acknowledge or respond to emails or answerphone messages you can only stay on hold waiting for the next operative for about 1 5 minutes before you re pushed to leave a message and disconnected PayPal emailed on my behalf but said they couldn t do any more I called about every hour from 8am and finally someone picked up processed my refund and the money was back in my account almost instantly I have no idea if I was just lucky whether they are a real company with bad Cust Serv or scammers but I did get all my money back when I finally managed to speak to someone

Order not received but company did issue refund

Update Received email communication and full refund for missing order albeit with some delay Still a shame I did not receive the perfume ordered as a Christmas gift but I am pleased that it has been resolved
