This is a scam site my daughter bought

This is a scam site my daughter bought me a bottle of perfume from here for my birthday yesterday it cost almost 100 pounds money she can t afford to lose box turned up empty With a few free samples in it she rang the company got a rude unhelpful customer service person who put the phone down on her when she got upset because she asked for a refund and they said they would need to investigate but wouldn t tell her how long it would take Looking on here at other people experience never So she will have to go to her bank and say she been a victim of fraud to try andget the money back which will take weeks

ALWAYS CHECK A COMPANY OUT BEFORE PURCHASING

I was looking for a bottle of Georgio Armani My Way Parfum 90ml everywhere else i ve looked have been selling the 90ml refillable bottle but on this site they were selling the same refillable bottle perfume only in a 100ml hmmm my spidey senses kicked in as something did not feel right so I googled to see if it was a legit site then went straight to reviews I m soooo glad I listened to my instincts I will NEVER EVER make an order with such a poorly underhanded company For every half decent review there are 2 bad reviews go along with it All those decent innocent people shafted by this awful company I m grateful to them for leaving theyre reviews as it has saved me the same awful experience they have gone through I truly hope they re issues are sorted and they are refunded and this site is completely taken down disgusting and shameful blaming the customer who put they re trust in you as a seller and blaming them for your own shortcomings I hope nobody buys from you

I purchased shampoo and conditioner

I purchased shampoo and conditioner last year but needed to return the unused bottles as not suitable made my hair yellow Was sent return label and returned two items I have confirmation from Royal Mail of the return having been delivered but they are denying they received it that was September last year I have emailed copies of returns label and tracking info and a declaration of oath still no refund lots of excuses Really would not recommend this company I have now been told to print the forms and post them but not given the address to post them to In their response they claim to have refunded but nothing is showing up on PayPal

Absolute pisstake spent 90 on a cologne and I get sent some cream and a 10 bottle of David beckham instinct worst company out there

I use parfumdreams lots of time in the past and never had anything go wrong I order burberry goddess for the girlfriend Should of got a 50ml bottle which only got samples Been only 2 weeks since I email then just keep saying need more pictures Order 148662520

Shoddy Business Practices

Further to my earlier review where I advised what a negative experience I had with Parfumdreams and their poor response on my review which included we would like to inform you that the accumulation of Avios does not depend on ParfumDreams unfortunately in this case it is the company that offers the Avios that is responsible for this situation Thank you for your understanding I chased BA again on my Avios and today was advised in a long email back from them but the main point was We have investigated your missing Avios request for your purchase at Parfumdreams UK and we are sorry to inform you that your transaction was rejected as the merchant reported that your last click for your purchase was not made via British Airways Avios eStore site but another marketing source hence making the transaction invalid to earn Avios - this is an absolute lie on Parfumdreams part as I had clicked through from BA estore and made the purchase straight away I don t use other merchants at all for online shopping So for whatever reason Parfumdreams has given false info to BA and I am definitely never going to use them again considering the HUGE amount of negative reviews I ve now seen and considering their prices aren t even competitive Buyer beware

BEWARE Based in Germany

Based in Germany so not your typical trading standards process Stear very clear Usually the cheapest to quote but obviously you will always get what you pay for A number of items short in my order and hundreds of pounds out of pocket No interest in resolving just asking for pictures 2 of which I have provided Apparently I needed 6 pictures 1 from each side of the box so they could compare As I didn t have the box anymore I asked for the pictures that were sent before dispatch but it appears that this was likely a load of bo11ocks so they are now swerving the comment The company is based in Germany so I am now going through the equivalent of German trading standards Be warned Again you get what you pay for Likely much easier to purchase from a company in the UK

Dreadful customer care

Dreadful customer care I spent 60 on shampoo and conditioner but was only sent 4 out of the 6 bottles The company blamed the delivery company when it was clearly an error by their dispatch team as the parcel was intact As I could not provide photos of that they would not investigate I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs

Still on ongoing saga for months now They have no interest in resolving issues This is a follow up of my previous review Case below - company based in Germany I have noticed another review with incomplete order It is likely that someone in the dispatch dept is stealing products or they have a serious error in the system Either way they just put the onus on the customer and do not deal with internal issues Avoid at all costs UPDATE In relation to your comment below this is very wide of the mark You have provided no solution I suggested you contact the delivery company for weight of the box as I only received 4 from 9 items Very easy solution We will see what action is provided on this or will it be please provide photos as mentioned the previous 10 times How is this a solution to the problem
