They cancelled my order I still do not know why but they also never paid the money back over 100 euros is a lot for a student Also the customer service has been really badUPDATE I still have not received the products that I ordered or gotten the money back They did send me an email about a refund on 1st of March after one month wait but unfortunately the refund was for another customer When I emailed them back that they refunded someone else they never replied Before this incident they had already once told me that they made a refund to me and told me to wait 2 weeks to see it in my bank After 2 weeks with no refund I contacted them again and let them know that there was no refund in my account despite of what they claimed They said that there was an issue and that software engineers are investigating it Despite all no refund or product to this day I think the quality of this company has gone down drastically and will never order from them again especially since many people have had similar experiences I wish I read the trustpilot before ordering

I ordered two make up products from this company one of them had the seal broken and was dried up inside First they tried to blame it on the courier even though the packaging was not damaged Then they had me print and hand sign a document to say I was being honest with a photo of the product which I emailed to them After 48 hrs they then told me the best they could offer me was 10 discount on my next order

I keep trying to contact them because I received a faulty item and this conning company lets you order in English but when you try to return they only use German I can t read German and it won t mail me back Never had a problem ordering but big red flags now BAD COMPANY

Hello this is really a store with terrible service and logistics I made two orders in one hour one order came a week later the second one was completely lost somewhere and no one gives an answer where it is they answered about the refund the question is submitted for consideration wait for an answer HORROR What other consideration is there There is no product and the delivery time is overdue return the money and that s it In general you need to write to the state portal about consumer rights violations and let them block the operation of this scam site in the UK
