Nat - My lifesaver

Nat was the incredible CS team member that I spoke to when I accidentally gave the wrong address for a purchase of mine She was soooo quick to respond and was absolutely fabulous at solving my silly mistake I couldn t have asked for a better person to deal with my dilemma Thank you Nat and all at PPB I m hoping I won t make any more mistakes but if i do I ll have the best team there is to help me out straight away Love Paige and Nate

Abbie you did fabulous

Just want to say how the fantastic Abbie did on the Disney Christmas launch plus her lives She was on her own she wasn t well and loosing her voice But she soldiered on like a trooper Even to finding a few more gingerbread blankets for people who had missed out on them Nothing was too much trouble You did marvellous Abbie I m sure Pawsomepaws Boutique was extra proud of you on their Disney Christmas launch

I honestly cannot fault this brand Every design is flawless and absolutely gorgeous every team member is just iconic in their own way It is such an incredible brand all round Dan is literally the sweetest human she constantly gives everyone the confidence to be themselves and she s just hilarious Absolutely love her whole self love thing Sophie you re just incredible Firstly you ve created the most incredible brand Secondly how on earth are you still rocking work life tasks while being on maternity leave Honestly what a hero Nat is the most helpful person I have ever come across I have only ever needed your help once through no fault of PPB and you were amazing You re super speedy at responding and just super helpful Honestly the whole team are fabulous PPB feels like such a Family A very fashionable one at that

Abbie Dan Abbie is absolutely amazing absolute credit to the team So friendly and genuine we love her instagram lives a massive shoutout to her when she did the Christmas launch lives as she powered through even though her voice was literally gone Always interacts on live videos and replies to any questions super quick Your amazing Abbie Dan where do I start Absolute credit to the team Always super smiley and happy Dan is always very realistic and genuine with her posts Her posts are always very supportive of different causes and help spread awareness Dan s lives on instagram are a must watch Super interactive and a lot of discounts happen Dan your amazing Emma Laila

What an amazing company this is Not only are the products absolutely stunning and brilliant for our dogs the customer care is outstanding Sophie Jay and Richard run this company with the customer at the forefront of their business The community spirit and camaraderie is amazing They have creative this wonderful company where everybody looks out for everyone and wants to help Absolute no negativity What a wonderful thing to achieve Thank you so much

Amazing products Great Quality and fast delivery

We got our first product from pets at home which was the chilli lead and we loved it Then We made our first order on Tuesday 22nd October and it came on Friday 25th October which was quick The product was a tough trails harness a lead and a poop bag holder all are AMAZING quality and we re obsessed especially with the harness Great people who run PPB so kind I definitely recommend We ll 100 be purchasing more products soon

Abbie the literal face of PPB lives We can t thank you enough for everything you do for us PPB customers you go ABOVE BEYOND every single time Last night during the Christmas launch Abbie helped so much with some issues I was having and rectified them IMMEDIATELY Like what more could we want Not only that she s genuinely the kindest person you ll ever meet and she has the CUTEST dogs Little Stitch who is smashing all of these content days recently and miss Ginny who is just absolutely adorable THANK YOU ABBIE You mean so much more to us than you probably realise
