I contacted Pawsome Paws Boutique via Instagram to check if they would be restocking the charcoal moon bag as I had missed out on the first release In the process I asked them if they could check the expiry of my gift voucher as I was paranoid the format of the date was American They confirmed the format is English so it would expire on 3 October The bags came back into stock a few days later but when I went to order it said that my voucher had expired I ordered the bag anyway as I was scared it would sell out again and I see them posting stories about refunding orders so I figured they could do this for me given that I d checked the date and was told by them that the gift voucher was still valid Unfortunately when I queried this I was told that the voucher had expired on 10 March and nothing could be done They offered me a 20 discount code which I have not received for the confusion and inconvenience They give away orders regularly yet couldn t do anything in this situation despite already being paid the 30 from when this gift voucher was purchased and them confirming to me that it was still valid I feel let down to say the least As a positive they provided a free postage label for me to return the bag and refunded my initial postage

I was initially so excited for my order but when it arrived the quality was very poor The dog tags are really thin sadly I have ordered better quality off Amazon for half the price Same as the blankets the printing on them was not clear and the blanket material felt cheap Not what you expect when paying 25 for a blanket

Disappointed that they don t do exchanges especially when you get a refund you don t get the postage price back so I paid 4 99 delivery and then another 4 95 to return and now have to re-order item and spend another 4 99 on postage

Misleading sale
Ordered a lucky dip boy s harness Received a pink harness I emailed to see if I could return it and was told it was unisex and all lucky dip sales are final Very disappointed as I didn t receive what I ordered I will be contacting my bank for a charge back

AWFUL STAY AWAY
Awful company The collar I purchased had been sat in the dog box in our wardrobe for a while because I ordered early as I didn t want to miss out when I fell in love with the design I put the collar on my dog and after a few days of wearing it it s caused her to lose fur around her neck and it is an awful quality collar I contacted them with photos and was asked to provide my order details After doing this I was basically told this was my fault as the collar may have been too tight It certainly was not I have more than 1 dog and never had this issue before They did t want to help me at all due to the order being placed a year ago I ve looked through terms and can t see anything about there being a policy stating we only have a year to contact them about issues All I can suggest is to stay away

Awful customer service Ordered a harness in size medium and they sent a small They gave me a return label to send back and two weeks later I m still waiting for my refund I ve been in contact and they have told me there having a problem processing refunds at this moment in time Considering they messed up they haven t offered me anything in return and instead they have left me waiting on a refund I should have received days ago Advise people not to order They stock on items and send you the wrong size Paid 4 99 for postage and not holding my breath to get that back either

Be careful if item doesn t fit despite using the online tool for measurements when the item arrived it didn t fit no exchanges offered so item returned at a cost to me went to reorder only to find the item had increased in price and basically told tough so I ve paid out nearly 10 delivery fees for an item I don t have wanted me to send a photo of item on my dog after I had sent it back so wouldn t recommend unfortunately based on their customer service Despite what they re saying about looking into the item when it was returned we ve heard nothing from them I eventually purchased the same item from somewhere else in the size needed who responded straight away to issues This company failed to respond over a weekend so left us no choice but to return item in the run up to Christmas promptly Just because you say happy new year doesn t make things better

Avoid customer service is awful
Collar I ordered is 2cm shorter than advertised and customer service don t want to know I ve sent them a photo showing the correct measurement but they are still disputing this They are obstructive in me trying to return it at no cost to myself for a full refund including my postage Unclear and conflicting answers from them it s been 3 days of back and forth emails and i m no further Totally disappointed and would avoid and advise others to avoid too

Missing item from parcel not happy
So upset that they missed my large gingerbread bear harness out of my parcel now it s all sold out Fuming that they don t keep spares in case of human errors they KNEW this harness would be popular so should ve ordered more in I ve shopped here quite a bit so makes me even more disappointed Customer service is slow as well and don t seem to care

I discovered PPB when they launched the Winnie the pooh disney sets I bought all the harnesses and accessories except the id tags as they were unavailable I was in regular contact with the company singing their praises Sadly I experienced a couple of issues first I ordered the wrong size harness and was unable to return it then several times I paid next day delivery on launch night to not receive the items for over 2 weeks despite seeing in the ppb addicts group people had ordered the same items after me yet received them the next day without paying next day delivery Then I accidentally made an order during an epileptic seiezure and although I emailed straight away the order was still processed and dispatched I was offered a chaance to cancel it but by the time I received that message the items had been dispatched then I received faulty harness that I was informed was not faulty as far as the company were concerned I updated my trustpilot review to reflect my disappointment I then received an email informing me I had to remove it or shop else where I removed it but was bamned from any further shopping with them leaving me with thousands of unclaimed reward points and unable to get the matching id tags for the sets Despite appealing to PPB for a reconsideration which I understand because they were aware of my disabilities I was blocked from being able to contact them yet they still use my photos and positive reviews on the website I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided here and distress caused I do not recommend this company at all As I say I was in regular email live chat contact with ppb saying mostly positive things and giving feedback and product and delivery enquirys Not negative messages at all Even when facing issues I was polite and mainly happy with the service provided however it seems if you have a slight negative feedback the company ignore it and then ban you
