Overall I was happy with the products but theres defintely room for improvement

Overall I was happy with the products but there is some room for improvement I bought the attention lead for my staffie as she anxious and doesn t like people coming up to her to stroke her the lead is great and very comfy but the attention wording would be better if it was on both sides I think the branding is excessive on the lead the handle and black rubber logo would have been fine Also the lead can get tangled which then looses the attention signs and then shows the company s logo instead which to me looses the point of the lead I also bought a collar with a matching I m chipped dog tag again very happy with the product overall but the paint on the loop of the collar scratched off very easily when putting the dog tag on to me this shows that the paint is very thin and could do with improvment as it ruins the astetic

Nice products and the size was good for

Nice products and the size was good for my dog one of the few places that have an XXS that actually fits well I do think they are quite expensive in comparison to other brands and does not seem warranted as the quality does not seem better Very difficult to navigate the website for sizing as the recommended sizing was not showing up for a lot of products It seemed that either the size had sold out or many products were not made in the XXS It was very difficult to adjust the harness to make it loser as it was on the tightest setting so would be helpful if the products could come with the hardware having been adjusted slightly larger to help with this problem Delivery was relatively slow Overall my dog looks good and I would order well in advance for when I needed a new set for my dog

Lovely Friendly Company

The products are well made with lovely designs in a variety of sizes I recently wanted to add an item to my order after receiving a notification it was back in stock and it couldn t have been easier Customer service replied to my email within minutes and the item was quickly added to my order The only negative I have and why I ve not given it 5 stars is that they seem to have poor stock control Lots of things go out of stock very quickly and then you have to wait months for it to come back in stock It s very frustrating and let s this lovely company down

Good products Need more measurements on site

The quality of the products is to a high standard rope lead harnesses and I believe in the right price bracket The customer service is quick and efficient When I had issue with my order they were kind and considerate I would mention that any owner interested in purchasing the adjustable harnesses to be aware if you have a breed of dog with a big rib cage and short chest dachshund Italian greyhound etc as the harnesses cause rubbing and chafing under the front legs my dog unfortunately experienced this and it caused bleeding A full refund was given and apology I would recommend PPB to put measurements up for the length of those harnesses to avoid this happening going forward

Fabulous designs

I love the design that is used in the products comfortable harnesses with a wide choice I removed a star for the fact that the quality is not excellent unfortunately it happened to me more than once that the hooks got stuck or the plastic parts cracked For the price they cost an extra eye on quality would be needed

Items not arrived - helpful and friendly owner

Ordered over 30 items for my new puppy two weeks ago and they still haven t arrived - very underwhelmed I got in contact with customer support three times now they were not able to help me with my order as it wasn t tracked Slightly underwhelmed by this Update 07 30 27 11 22 - Owner has emailed me and has apologised Has offered me a full refund tracked DPD delivery and 50 off my next order Very impressed with how fast this has been rectified which shows me that the owner in particular does care about customer satisfaction Thank you

Love the colours and design

Love the colours and design Bought a harness and matching lead Sizing was a bit difficult on our jack Russell x bishon he s got a wide chest but small everywhere else Might be because it s new but having difficulty with clasps

Bought the Disney harness along with leash and collar lovely items but dissapointed in the plastic hardware- for 40 for a size small I expected high quality bit plastic I m worried how this will wear and if it will snap with the summer heat cold winter and a dog pulling on the harness The collar is also plastic - but the leash 1 3 price of harness is metal hard wear Just feels cheap with the plastic rings on the harness so disappointed I didn t realise this before ordering as I wouldn t have ordered the set

Honest review from an older customer

Whilst PPB are asking their followers to leave reviews on here in exchange for being in with a chance of winning a prize I thought I d also post a review of my experiences I ve have shopped here for many years I shop here less now as the designs are getting less and less to my taste and their stories on social media don t encourage and inspire me to buy like they used to I feel they are aiming at a younger clientele and sadly I m not getting younger Just older The products I have had are amazing quality They last and wash and wear super well and the products seem to be still of fantastic quality

Issue with product quality but customer service were quick to help

Update 25 1 25 Pawsome Paws Boutique have been in touch and have worked to resolve my issue and a new harness arrived for my dog today Hopefully I won t find the same issue occurring again Customer service was helpful and responded quickly Original review I love the design of the harness and the material is good quality However I am a bit disappointed that the stitching has already come undone on one side I purchased on black Friday but it was a Christmas present so she has only been wearing it for a few weeks
