Incredibly rude customer service I don t know why the women who work at this company have to be so rude and blunt when dealing with customers I recently had issues with an item I bought and I didn t get so much as a sorry They send the most blunt unhelpful emails I chose to buy harnesses from this company to support a small business but definitely won t be doing that again I also know someone who never received their order and is still waiting for a refund They also never got an apology Manners cost nothing but these women clearly never got the memo

Your first choice is never available it s just a scam to buy the products that won t sell SNEAKY marketing tactics which we all know Cheap tatty stuff from China that has a strange smell when it arrived and gave my dog a rash Which was rats urine from the warehouse in China it got stored in the vet said I ll stick to brands made in the UK from now

Doesn t fit a cockapoos size We bought a small for a 12kg cockapoo with a 12 neck The designs are great bit the sizing is off Bought a small as he fits within the size guide but for a no pull harness the design is wrong The chest palate is too small so is too close up behind his front legs and rubs he s instantly got knots in his coat The T section at the bottom of the front plate doesn t wrap around enough making the no pull ineffective The clips for the leads at thin and flimsey I woulnt trust this next to a main road Sorry great colours but needs improvement

I ordered on the 1st of March it is now 16th of April and I have yet to receive my order the customer service is shocking I had one very blunt reply that orders take 20 days which we clearly have now passed and now they choose to ignore my emails asking when I will receive my order DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY Edited on the 28th jan 2022 had a reply today from the company a year later shocking dont order

Small businesses beware
I would strongly advise small businesses to stay away from dealing with PPB About a year ago I approached PPB asking if I could set up a wholesale account to sell my products on my business instagram I was advised that this was fine and they went ahead and set up the account I went on to spend about 2K with the company in wholesale orders for both my dog walking business and accessory business After placing a large order the owner emailed me and quite bluntly told me that since I didn t have an e-commerce website I could not stock the products as selling on instagram is not allowed Completely different to what I was advised when I originally set up the account We were a small business just starting out and this could have broke us Luckily I managed to save my business but I know others would not be as lucky To be frank I was actually really upset about the way I was dealt with as I found it rude and completely dismissive Especially when I had done everything right I have since set up an e-commerce website but will not be stocking this product Poor service from a company who claims to support small businesses

Blocked paying customer from their instagram
Not as supportive as they like to make out Blocked me from their instagram because I d said I was unimpressed with their heavy-handed admin on their Facebook group deleting comments I since sent an email explaining that I am autistic and can be quite blunt but that nothing bad was meant by it it just felt like a bit of an echo chamber and requested that I be unblocked as I am a paying customer and had not commented any hate This is what got me blocked When pawsomepawsboutique deletes your comment in their FB group because you used one word slightly wrong - drops rather than upcoming drops I m autistic and use the wrong word for things all the time Already felt excluded by them and now its 100x worse lol Am I not ok to share my disappointment No I am still blocked from their pawsomepawsboutique instagram page I had a list of items on my wishlist that I wanted from them but I won t be purchasing from a company that has blocked me from socials I have since been contacted by other people who have had similar experiences Very unprofessional If I owned a business I would not be blocking paying customers
