Had an issue with my order no reply from customer services to help sort it out Apart from that OK

Disappointed- ordered some dog clothes and one arrived with a big hitch in it I was able to get a refund but had to pay to return the item which I felt I shouldn t have had to do It s not my fault they were faulty but I ve ended up out of pocket

I m having a bit of a hit or miss experience with this supplier In the past I ve ordered a few times from them and had great customer service however my experience with a more recent order which was a more complicated return has not been helpful at all so far Emails have gone unanswered apart from one initial short email so it seems that if you have any issues with an order or return that requires them to go outside their normal process there is no flexibility or interest in helping you with it Shame as I was enjoying their items but probably won t order from them again as I cannot trust their customer service or return capacity and there is no flexibility even in COVID times when people are sometimes getting stuck

I have in the past bought a few things from this company and have been happy with my purchases and service but unfortunately the new sizing they have introduced for the tough trail harness is no longer a good fit for my dog and so coupled with the fact they never have any stock in the popular sizes and take an age to restock if at all I have now switched to purchasing from Bailey and Coco which are a much better fit for my dogs

Disappointed with the level of stock having waited over a month for a particular item to be available I was informed when I asked by email if would come back soon also put my email down as a reminder and was told it would be a week Waited and waited and now still unfortunately it is the same situation I have previously bought from here and found the patterns to be nice I would say that the stock is an issue and if it takes a long time for products to come back it would have been helpful to have a discount code I wanted to buy the bundle but could not due to sizing Shame nothing was offered and my experience with the company has been affected I emailed again for a follow up but have been ignored Disappointed in the customer service I would also say the XXS harness from a previous order should allow for smaller dogs to fit into it My dog can wear it but it is difficult to adjust as it is on the smallest size already

Bad customer service I ve bought lots from this company as the products are nice I always wait for discount codes or a sale as they are very expensive I considered myself a loyal customer however I was recently really disappointed by the customer service The products are over priced i bought 3 items with a discount code to make it more affordable unfortunately they were the incorrect size I contacted the company who refused an exchange for the same price and were only interested if me sending the products back for me to repurchase the items for full price which was a ridiculous amount of money Loyalty and returning customers don t appear to be important to them I ve since found coco pup to be far more affordable and quality products

Arrived quick but the material looks flimsy and the back strap is so bloody short I got the largest size that fits my dogs girth He s 30 and the maximum is 32 yet somehow it doesn t fit The back strap being so short it digs right into his pits when it s done up and that s very tight I unpacked it 10 minutes ago and am trying to sell it on they don t accept returns on sale items Wouldn t recommend for larger dogs

I paced an order for a number of items for my dog after seeing this company advertised on Instagram I m sad to say that the products were very poor quality The waterproof collar is discoloured already 2 weeks in and the clasp on the lead is faulty I would not recommend this company s products Go for a good quality brand such as Ruffwear to avoid disappointment

Recently purchased harnesses are no different to any other companies there s actually better quality elsewhere Pretty much fast fashion of the pet industry Promoting they support others online yet there s a long list of smaller businesses blocked People need to see through their false appearance

I ve bought many harnesses from PPB I am was a huge fan however my latest purchase has left a very bitter taste in my mouth Goods were purchased on the 25th February on the 27th I received an email that they d recently moved warehouses so there may be a delay in dispatch By the 7th March goods still hadn t been received so I told them to cancel the order Perhaps it was a coincidence but about 30 mins later I received a partial dispatch email As of the 11th March I am still waiting for 1 item Nowhere on their website did it state there may be a delay in shipping or have they put anywhere on their socials which they re very active on All of my emails have been met with quite a generic response of goods will be dispatched asap however 2 weeks later isn t ASAP A very disappointing service on this occasion hoping to receive my final item before the end of the week but I do wait with bated breath
